GENERALINSTRUCTIONS
1. For the Post of General Manager M&D a) Minimum Degree in any discipline b) MBA in Marketing Full time / Part time from reputed Institutions / B Schools is added qualification 2. For the Post of General Manager F&A Minimum : Charted Accountant / ICWA (OR) MBA with Finance Specialization Full Time / Part Time from reputed Institutions / B Schools Note : However Officer not fulfilling the above qualification criteria but belonging to organized service of Central Government pertaining to Accounts / Audit such as IAAS/IRS/IRAS/ICAS/IP&TAS etc shall also be eligible. No bar on Experience / Qualification for Officers of Organized Civil Services. Added Qualification : ACS 3. Relaxation : No age bar for internal candidates. 4. Selection Process Suitable Officers (After initial screening) will be called for Interview / Power Point Presentation to the Selection Committee to gauge their ability, vision, functional skills and strategies for taking the Company forward. Please note that mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not entitle an officer to be called for interview / presentation. 5. Place of Posting Madras Fertilizers Limited, Head Office, Chennai. (However, the selected officers are liable to be posted anywhere in India/abroad as per the Companys requirement from time to time) 6. Travelling Allowance Travelling Allowance would be reimbursed Round trip by First Class or II A/C Rail by the shortest route from the place of current residence to Chennai for those, who attend the interview, on submission of proof for having travelled. 7. Payment of Fee SC/ST, Physically Challenged candidates are exempted from payment of Processing Fee.
