There are some Astrological reasons that the given birth time may need corrections: 1-As the given birth time is in a boundary like condition lagna; 2-There are not some past events to check the correctness of time (or at least reach to the correct lagna) 3-As per KAS and AV there are some reasons that the libra lagna is more suitable for the given event. This event has happened on Ma-Ju. For analyzing death in KAS,we consider 3rd(house of life) or 8th(house of longevity) Let first consider 3rd from 9th (11th house) and then 8th from 9th (4th house)house as focus house B. Its lord which is Me has gone to its 11th position with high bindus of 5.(Good position).Fl9 of Me is Ju which is in upchay house of E of Rasi chart(Very good position.) 5-8th from 6th is 1st house which its lord is Ma again(FM or Functional Moolkarak.)FM9 is Mo which is in House A of Rasi for 11th house focus.(Very good position). 6-8th from 11th is 6th which its lord is Ma again and FM9 is Mo which is in House A of Rasi for 11th house focus.(Very good position). Conclusion: From the above analysis we understand that father will have good longevity.But we know that her father died when the girl was around 17 .

DASA/PERIOD ANALYZING AS PER WS(WORKSHEET OF POWER IN KAS)

1-If we look at the WS power for 11th house,we see that all planets have good points(no danger for life-long longevity.) 2-The period is of Ma-Ju.Ju has good power of 18 for 11th house(3rd from 9th).When a person dies, it should be in the period of a planet which has low points for 3rd house.

Then as per the above KAS analyzing,we reach to this conclusion that Lagna should be Libra and the birth time is not 14:37.

In this chart ,Ra is in the 10th house.10th house in dwadasamsa is one of maraca houses for father. Really make sense.
