Law School Qualifying Tests
I. Schedule of Tests (For SY 2014-2015) December 7, 2013 Saturday 1:00 to 5:30 pm February 22, 2014 Saturday 1:00 to 5:30 pm Qualifying tests will also be held in Cebu and Davao on January 11, 2014 II. Venue Case Room 1 and 2, Administration and Library Building University of Asia and the Pacific Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City III. Deadline for the Submission of Requirements All requirements for the LSQT listed below must be submitted to the School of Law and Governance by December 3, 2013 (for those taking the December 7, 2013 tests), February 8, 2014 (for the February 22, 2014 tests), or December 28, 2013 (for the January 11, 2014 Cebu and Davao tests). Duly accomplished registration form, downloadable at slg.uap.asia or via these links: goo.gl/D7Nqlv and http://bit.ly/1isIMlc Photocopy of collegiate transcript of records showing compliance with eligibility requirements for admission to the Law program Certification of candidacy for graduation (for graduating students) or a photocopy of diploma (for graduates) 3 copies of I.D. picture, size 2 x 2 with white background Proof of payment of testing fee of PHP 1,500

IV. Payment Options for the LSQT Testing Fee: a) Through direct/on-campus payments: Payment can be made to the Cashier of the UA&P Accounting Office located at: 2nd Floor, CAS Building University of Asia & the Pacific Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Written mention/note must be made to the Cashier that payment is for the Law School Qualifying Test of the School of Law and Governance. Official receipt from the Accounting Office will serve as proof of payment of testing fee.

b) Through bank deposits: Payment can be made through any bank by depositing the money in favor of: Account name: Bank Account No.: Bank Branch: University of Asia & the Pacific 0201-0414-73 BPI Pasig Ortigas

Validated deposit slip (with the APPLICANTS FULL NAME written on the slip, including a mention that the deposit slip is for SCHOOL OF LAW AND GOVERNANCE) should then be faxed to: Fax No: Attention: 634-2832 Ms. Grace/Tin

After you fax the deposit slip, please confirm by calling the Accounting Office at: Telephone Nos. 631-2181 / 637-0912 local 268, 338, 357, 269

Copy of the deposit slip must also accompany the completed Application Form and the other requirements upon submission to the School of Law and Governance.

V. Complete Application Form and Requirements May Be Submitted Through: a) Courier or personal delivery to: School of Law and Governance University of Asia and the Pacific 7TH Floor, APEC Communications Building Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City b) E-mailing of scanned copies of the application requirements to: slg@uap.asia Write in the e-mails subject line: SLG Application Law Program LSQT Full Name of Applicant (SURNAME, FIRST NAME) Attach scanned copies of the requirements to the e-mail Call the School of Law and Governance at 637.0912 loc 323/368 to confirm if application requirements have been received

VI. On the Day of the Tests Please be at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the test; and

Please bring 1 valid ID, with picture.
