Cheese making and cookery classes in Omokoroa November - December

Good day! From now until the end of the year there are 4 cheese making and cookery classes scheduled to take place in Omokoroa and many more planned for 2014! To make a booking for any of the classes please let me know and I will reserve your place in the class. There will be some kits available at the classes at 15% discount, but if you know what you need and to make sure that we have sufficient stock of any Mad Millie Cheese Kits or any other Imake kits (www.madmillie.com) let me know in advance. Orders can though also be taken afterwards. General information about the cheese making classes There are different classes and different kits. Select the class you would like to attend according to the kinds of cheese you want to learn to make. It is recommended to start with one of the beginners classes before going on to the more advanced cheese making. Comore Cottage is where demonstration and participation classes for cheese making and other trendy cookery and baking take place. Custom made sessions for social groups such as clubs or corporate events for staff can take place at Comore Cottage or elsewhere as well. Any classes can be arranged on request in Omokoroa or at suitable venues elsewhere. Tell us what you would like to do and we may be able to meet your needs. The scope is wide for cookery topics that may interest you! The aim is to impart knowledge, create confidence, develop culinary skills and enjoy making food that is not only good to eat but also good for you! Apart from being a cookery teacher, dietician and author of recipe books, cheese making as a Mad Millie demonstrator has now become a regular and favourite activity. The home made cheese is superb and delicious!

Payment: You may book for any class and pay on the day when you come with the understanding the you will kindly inform me if for any reason you will not be able to attend the class .

The quickest route to take new recipes from print to platter for the festive season! Classic favourites are presented in a different way and new dishes will satisfy and surprise family and friends. Many recipes are prepared ahead of time to allow the chef to share in the activities of the high days and holidays.
