also with the assistance of scientific techniques.
I. Executive Summary
The Baguio City Crime Laboratory Office had always coped up with its fluctuating trend of reported criminalities; and the volume of accomplishment is hereby reflected in the subsequent paragraphs of this report and the attached statistic report showing the specific number of cases received and acted upon by this office. This office received a total of Two hundred Forty Seven (247) requests for forensic examinations and also in support for criminal investigation. On the other hand, pertaining to technical assistance to field investigators a total of Five (5) Scene of Crime Operation and Zero 0) Field Laboratory Work were recorded during the period covered.

Generous Donations from Stakeholders e.Others: Please be informed that at about 2:00 PM of 12 September 2013, A Pro-Active Inspection was conducted by inspecting team of Baguio City Internal Affairs Service (BCIAS) led by PSUPT ANTOLINO SARI YAGYAGAN, Chief of BCIAS. Personnel Accounting was conducted particularly the checking of issued firearms, Individual Performance (IP) CARDS, PNP IDs and most especially the proper wearing of uniforms (Tamang Bihis). The inspecting team likewise advised the personnel regarding the implementation of Demerits to personnels who are found not to be in their proper uniform. After the rank inspection was done the checking of office record and equipments, particularly the accomplishment of this office and the available office equipments like checking of SOCO KITS and SOCO Van.

This office has performed its mandated tasks efficiently and effectively with hard work and enthusiasm.
