HUAWEI OVERSHOOTING CELLS ANALYZE

By means of neighboring relations and propogation delay data overshooting analyze

Under the performance menu click Neighboring Cell Data Import In the opened table click import From the NE part select RNC that you want to make analyze Select period as 60 Minutes or 24 Hours and set data range for the analyze time

 After importing done make a query for the related RNC and time range You will see following successfully imported datas

 Then go to Performance Query section Sellect measurement between a cell and UMTS cells counters Run the Query for the data imported date range and RNC with proper time period

Get the export for the above mentioned query Make filter table and count number destination cell ID Sort it with the lagest number As showed in following table WGA31607 cell interacting with 110 cell

 Then go to Performance Query section again Sellect RRC connection setup measurement per cell Run the Query for the data imported date range and RNC with proper time period

When we check serving distance for WGA31607 from exported query we can get the following table that shows us it serves till step 10

 When we check from the google earth the cell is overlapping with nearly whole cells in the city
