As of 5th July 2012, the price of the offered share is US$0.727. Converting your CPS to common stock now will be most beneficial and profitable for both you and the company. Due to a collaboration between Indonesia's top leaders and management, these are the following updates that will apply to all Indonesian shareholders : 1. We are pleased to inform that all CPS subscriptions up till 15th July will be offered for share conversion as promised. As of 5th July 2012, the price of the offered share is US$0.727. Converting your CPS to common stock now will be most beneficial and profitable for both you and the company. 2. The premium prices required for share conversion can be found under the Share Conversion menu in your shareholders account summary page. Depending on the time of subscription, you may be entitled up to an extra 120% shares based on the amount of CPS you convert. These details are also available under your Share Conversion Details. 3. All pins and dividends will be converted to E-Cash. Open transactions from gold trading will be closed and profits will be credited to your E-Cash account. Shareholders will not be liable for losses made for the closure of these open transactions. 4. All investments started from November 2011 till July 14th 2012, will continue to get dividends until share conversion top-up procedure is done, or until November 15th, whichever is earlier. 5. All shareholders will have up till November 14th to decide if they want to proceed with share conversion. If you do so before August 14th, you will enjoy the full benefits of getting the extra shares of up to 120%. 1. Tranfer ke rekening Mandiri 101 000 6671265 dan bca 4970637279 an. Selvia eka ngesti L dengan kurs Rp 10.000,Cantunkam Nomor ID (penting) dan Alias (jika cukup) pada kolom berita. Jika menggunakan Atm BCA, pastikan dg ATM BCA Non Tunai. Bukti trf di scan. 2. Isi form acknowledment slip (hal terakhir dari file ini) dan tandatangan lalu scan 3. Hasil scan poin 1 dan 2 di email ke (ingat harus dikirim ke 3 email) verification@eastcapemc.com , ecmc.topup.cs@gmail.com dan convertcps@eastcapemc.com Cantumkan di subject email "Konversi untuk 'No Id' dan 'Alias'" Kemudian sampaikan di email tersebut Jumlah Lot, CPS dan Tgl CPS 4. Siapkan bukti trf asli dan acknowledment asli utk dikirim ke leader masing2 dilampirkan: - Fotocopy KTP atau Passport yg sesuai dg yg dipakai di Profile ECMC dan dilegalisir oleh Notaris/Lawyer - Asli laporan bank seperti rek, kartu kredit yg mencantumkan nama dan alamat yg sesuai yg sama dg ktp/passport utk 2 periode atau - Asli Billing Telephone yg mencantumkan nama dan alamat yg sesuai dg KTP/Passport 5. Demikian. Mohon diperhatikan dan disosialisasikan segera. Mengenai legalisir notaris/lawyer coba koordinasi dg leader utk mendapatkan biaya yg ringan jika kolektif. Selain itu siapkan juga surat kuasa utk mengurus dokumen di Hongkong yg berkaitan dg Broker Account, namun untuk ini akan dikabari lagi, siapkan materai saja.
