Every parent, student, faculty, management


expect that all the students admitted in the
college get placed in industries on-campus.

Though communication skill and aptitude is


considered very important, those skills are
checked only if a student has good academic
record like high average mark/grade and no
standing arrears.

Our QS recognizes this fact and all the


activities are accordingly designed.

For each semester, prepare a list of students in


each year with cumulative arrears

List single subject arrears first and sort with


increasing order

Select those subjects that can improve the


overall cumulative pass result for that year

Arrange special class only for the selected


subjects and allow other batches if required

dentify the right faculty for the difficult subjects

Allow staff to develop expertise in such subjects

Analyze carefully single subject failures and take


suitable action

dentify subjects that can yield maximum improvement

Be passionate in teaching; there is no substitute for a


passionate teacher
