I am a research consultant for a company that provides accounting and advisory services, here in Houston.

I lead a team that assists companies in formulating business strategies by conducting research and analysis for firms in the oil and gas, finance and retail business. Ensure that the company has the best personnel to complete job tasks. You facilitate the efficient use of resources across multiple projects and monitor trends to ensure use aligns with strategic goals. Effective strategic managers enable cost savings by reducing delays due to lack of resources. For example, if an organizations goal is reduce the number of printed marketing materials, but the resources associated with these materials increases, you must adjust the allocation of resources associated with printing. Prior to my current position, I worked for a company that sells retail electricity. I was primarily responsible for marketing strategies that led to the overall growth of the company. Specific duties include analyzing marketing objectives, developing communication strategies, CRM packages and their application, testing loyalty programs and mining existing customer data for trends. Relationship Marketing Strategists should possess strong market research, marketing strategy, strategic planning, and CRM experience. Relationship Marketing Strategists should be able to design, execute and oversee both qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.
