Wedding Videography
Please read the following Package Purchasing Statement thoroughly! KMK Videography is dedicated to producing a spectacular video of your wedding event and permanently archiving it in digital form for memories to come! We capture the essence of the day while being discreet to the wedding party during the ceremony and reception. Due to high demand, ALL booking and reservations must be made at least 6 months in advance of the wedding day! You will always receive 3 copies of your wedding video on archival DVDs (or Blu-Ray upon request; additional charges will apply). ALL packages include a secret message from bride to groom and vice versa before the ceremony, complete coverage of the ceremony, reception, and interviews from family and friends during the reception.
(Typical time spent filming at reception usually lasts until the garter throw and bouquet toss. Additional time spent after these events will need to be requested in the contract and additional charges may apply.)

KMK Videography uses digital SLR cameras for best possible HD quality video, additional mount lighting may be used where needed, and wireless microphones to pick up sounds from the wedding ceremony and reception. ALL packages include various degrees of editing services to enhance your wedding video.

KMK Classic Package

Just enough to capture some memories! This package includes:

Filming of wedding and reception. Direct transfer to DVD or Blu-Ray. Basic and limited editing or trimming of captured scenes. Includes opening and closing titles added to the front and end of your wedding video. Two songs of your choice to add to ceremony and reception b-roll. Includes: One Videographer & Two Camera Coverage

KMK Cherish Package

Great for capturing some moments before the wedding! Package includes: Filming of bridal party during pre-wedding preparations (make-up, hair, first take of wedding dress, first take of groom getting ready}, First glance of bride and groom (if requested by bride and groom). Filming of wedding and reception. Advanced editing including opening and closing titles, transitions, special effects, and color correction to ensure high quality digital enhancement. Full rendering at maximum render quality (usually requires an extra 5 hours of export time). Includes: Two Videographers & Two Camera Coverage

KMK Everlasting Package

$2,000

You are the ultimate star! This is your day, and you wont miss a beat of your special day with this package! Package includes: Filming the rehearsal (and rehearsal dinner if requested}. Documenting the entire wedding day to get an inside look! From breakfast to gathering your things, getting the nails done all the way until you get to your ceremony destination! Filming of bridal party pre-wedding preparations (make-up, hair, first take of wedding dress, first take of groom getting ready}, first glance of bride and groom (if requested by bride and groom). Filming of wedding and reception. Filming of the ride in your special newly-wed transportation from the ceremony to the reception (if requested by bride and groom). Advanced editing including opening and closing titles, transitions, special effects, and color correction to ensure high quality digital enhancement. Full rendering at maximum render quality (usually requires an extra 5 hours of export time). A fully produced, 3-minute montage video of your wedding and reception to share (through social media, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) with your friends, family, and those who couldnt make it! A photo montage created from the captured digital footage (number of photos depends on usable still footage from video) (Price adjustments can be made if you do not want everything that the package includes.) Includes: Two Videographers & Three Camera Coverage

Additional Options and Fees: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to book and reserve a spot on our calendar! (Deposit not included in total package price.) Payments for Total Package Cost are required to be paid in full up to 4-weeks before the wedding day. Additional copies of DVDs can be purchased for $20 ($35 for BluRay). You are allowed to request 2 FREE changes to the editing. Additional changes can be made for $75 per change (this fee is due to the videographer having to make the edit change(s) in the software, re-exporting of whole video, re-burning to new DVD, and more shipping costs). Client will be expected to allow the videographer an extra 3 days to complete any changes. At clients request, the original digital file of the complete wedding video package can be given on an external thumb drive for an additional $350.

KMK Production Goals

At KMK Wedding Videography, we will make every attempt to complete a beautiful and memorable video of your wedding day. Due to the nature of a live event being filmed on-the-spot, we can only produce a final video that reflects the surroundings or environment given to work with. Quality of sound and lighting at each wedding venue may vary accordingly. Since technology has its flaws and is very unpredictable, if your footage is at all corrupted or lost, a complete refund of the package price will be distributed back to you. Once you, the client, receive the video and it meets your liking, all payments will be processed and will thereby be non-refundable. KMK is devoted to making the best quality video for you! As a favored and appreciated client of ours, we urge you to understand that editing is a very timeconsuming task. To produce a very detailed video can take up to 80 hours of total labor depending on the package type. We ask that you please allow us 30 days to complete the video for the KMK Classic Package, 45 days for the KMK Memories Package, and up to 60 days for the KMK Everlasting Package.
