RAMILYN L. MILLIS to receive an additional one thousand pesos (P1,000.00) additional honorarium from the municipal school board fund. Ms. Ramilyn L. Millis is a new Kinder volunteer division hired pre-school teacher receiving a monthly honorarium of three thousand pesos (P3,000.00) only. She is not included in the listing of preschool teachers submitted at the municipal office to receive an additional honorarium of P1,000.00 because the list was based on the list of teachers last school year 2012-2013. An amount of P75.00 and an estimated 36 pieces of Milco Ice Cream Products were taken. This case is still to be reported at the police office for proper action and documentation. In this regard, in behalf of the school, may I request your respected office to order the Barangay Tanod Police Force to observe and conduct regular daily Barangay Community Patrol to police any group or individual roaming in the community with undeniably suspected illegal action. This also to check and eliminate this increasing number of ransacking of canteens not only in the school but in the community as a whole at Barangay Tuding. The National Achievement Test for Grades III and VI (NAT III & VI) is to be conducted first week of March, 2011 for this school year, thus every school in Itogon Distict I are conducting review classes every end of class daily. In this connection, please permit Tuding Elementary School to conduct Saturday NAT III and VI review sessions on 5

Tamondong had filed his retirement effective December 1, 2008. In this regard I am applying for transfer from my present workstation Pacalso Elementary School-Itogon District 1 to Balatoc Elementary School Itogon District 2 specifically for the following reasons: 1. I am spending more time in traveling before reaching my workstation. ( Virac to Baguio City 1 hour and Baguio City to Pacalso Elementary School Tuding, 40 minutes); 2. I am a bona fide resident of barangay Virac, Itogon (RA 8190) where Balatoc Elementary School is located; 3. Balatoc Elementary School is just a short trip travel by jeep from my residence; 4. My wife is presently assigned as Regular Teacher at Balatoc Elementary School.
