THE AMIOT FAMILY

Josh, April, Taylor, Emma, & Lucy University Network
Family Update
Taylor is in his senor year. Just last week he completed his first college application (NCU). This week he takes his ACT. PRAY!!!!!! Emma is helping Profe (gym teacher) with the gymnastics class this year. She has gone from student to assistant over the past three years. Recently the kids school held a carnival to celebrate 20 years. There was a photo booth set up and Lucy took full advantage of the camera. This is just one of several shots we took. April continues to serve as the Vice Principal at Sojourn. Some great changes have taken place. She views this as a ministry to the students. Josh celebrated his birthday this month and is still able to play softball.

Over the past three years our focus has been on developing a University ministry here in Costa Rica. Over the past ten months we have been in conversations with other missionaries to develop a unified University ministry in Latin America where we can share resources and strategize about areas of need. Did you know that there are only seven countries of twenty-one that have a University ministry of some type? We firmly believe these students that are studying today will be leaders tomorrow in every nation. The opportunity to reach and disciple them is at our fingertips. Think of the ripple effect if we reach and disciple students all across Latin America. Jesus model was to use a small group to reach the nations and this is our model too. We are acting locally but thinking globally (Coca Colas motto). We firmly believe the next great wave of missionaries will come from Latin America. Together we can reach the nations.

Prayer Requests
Just about every month we launch a new group. Please pray for these new leaders and the opportunities to share Christ with students. Health and Safety as we travel. Financial needs. Preparations for workshops and ministry opportunities in the coming weeks.

Recently I preached on the faithfulness of God and how He has completed every one of His promises. God continues to amaze us with HIS provision. Weve had some months at zero but we have not dipped below. If you would like to support us or give a 1-time donation please follow the secure link or contact us at josh.amiot@agmd.org / link:

Budget and Furlough Update:

Preparations are in full swing for our furlough beginning in mid June 2014. We are beginning to book services and would love an opportunity to share what God is doing here in Costa Rica and around Latin America and our plans to help establish University ministries in every Latina country by 2020. Please contact us at josh.amiot@agmd.org to book a service or set up a coffee appointment, my treat.
