................................................................. It is time to close the theory/practice gap. Too often leadership books focus on the what and not the how of leadership. The authors of The Leadership Code have synthesized the latest research and offer clear guidelines on how to be an effective leader. Their insights about common traps and proven tactics to address them are especially welcome.
