Seamless workflow Scanning, designing, milling the new inLab SW 4.0 unites all the processing steps within a single program. The software works seamlessly together with the inEos Blue scanner and the inLab MC XL milling unit. It also enables you to import and process digital impressions.
inLab SW 4.0
Direct modification of the virtual tooth The innovative user interface speeds up the selection of the design tools and minimizes the number of mouse movements. Changes to the virtual restoration are immediately visible on the screen.
Parallel processing The inLab SW 4.0 allows you to design and edit several restorations in parallel. This is ideal if you want to create multiple restorations e.g. in the anterior region or in the upper and lower jaws.
Flexible application The inLab SW 4.0 is tailored to the needs of new users as well as experienced professionals. You are guided step by step through the process and can jump back and forth between the various phases without losing any design results.
Reliable results The sophisticated analyzing tools, alignment aids and visualization options help you to navigate your way through the design process and monitor the contacts, surfaces, cross-sections and distances.

Effective
User-independent, patientindividual reconstruction method Identical design process for all anatomically sized restoration types
Patented, scientifically based reconstruction process Only a few process steps for high quality results
Natural occlusions with a single click clinically and functionally valid Efficient: no time-consuming adaptation of standard teeth
In the case of crowns, veneers and anatomically sized bridges, the occlusal and lateral surfaces of an intact tooth serve as the basis (e.g. antagonist, adjacent tooth or contralateral tooth).
In the case of inlays and onlays the occlusal surfaces are computed on the basis of the patients intact tooth tissue.
Biogeneric variation In response to specific requirements you can tailor the initial biogeneric restoration proposals, without the need to make manual adjustments.
Biogeneric copy With the aid of the biogeneric copy design mode you can transfer portions of the original occlusal surfaces to the new restoration.
Alternate design mode A preferred tooth form can be selected from different forms in cases of edentulous jaws or in the absence of a suitable reference tooth.

inEos Blue
Maximum control and flexibility The inEos Blue gives you complete control over the entire scanning process. You are free to define which particular areas of the model you want to scan. Via the image catalogue you can see at a glance which portions of the model have been fully captured and those which have not.
Speed and efficiency Scanning and computing are particularly fast. With its short scanning time and autocapture function, the inEos Blue provides you with a clear time advantage, even with difficult preparations. The attractive inEos Blue package consisting of the scanner, a high-performance PC, plus inLab SW 4.0 is the perfect entry to sophisticated CAD/CAM technology in your dental lab.
Precise scanning
Bluecam technology for precise scanning results and a perfect fit
Rapid scanning
Short scanning times and automatic image capture
Controlled scanning
Greater independence based on the completely free definition of scanning area
Precision and dependability The short wavelength blue light emitted by the Bluecam camera delivers high-precision images* giving reliability for each indication. This is achieved with an extensive depth of field and enhanced detail reproduction at the preparation margins as well as the especially small triangulation angle for deep cavities. The blue light indicates exactly which area of the model is being captured at any given moment.
* Cf. Bluecam study by Prof. Dr. Mehl (Zrich University, 2008)
Easy to start and flexible to expand The inEos Blue is the low-cost stepping stone to CAD/CAM technology from Sirona either as a stand-alone device in combination with infiniDent (Sironas central production service) or in combination with your own inLab milling unit. Together with the inLab SW 4.0, the inEos Blue caters to a wide spectrum of indications and delivers significant productivity gains. In addition, you have the option of exporting scanning data in STL format.

inLab MC XL
In-house milling of models With the aid of the inLab MC XL you can not only mill a broad range of materials, but also fabricate pin models directly in your lab. This means that your dental lab will cater for the entire production chain i.e. you can import and process digital impressions, fabricate models and create high-quality CAD/CAM restorations. Last but not least, you also have the option of scanning impressions and then milling the models directly.
The model segments are milled out of a polyurethane material with the aid of the inLab MC XL and then pinned to the model base. The model can then be articulated using special adapter plates.
Efficient batch production Integrated directly into the inLab SW 4.0, the stack software tool optimally positions several zirconium oxide restorations within a single ceramic block. This allows you to reduce your material costs and improve your capacity utilization e.g. by performing milling operations overnight.
Ideal for anatomically sized restorations No other CAD/CAM system offers you the perfect combination of biogeneric reconstruction and the wet-milling of finely structured restorations made of silicate ceramics. This provides an optimal method for meeting wide-ranging aesthetic requirements when fabricating inlays, onlays, partial/full crowns and veneers.
