Robot Description in details

Weapon 1
Robo Lifter (in progress) :
It is a system of two motors having high torque connected to each other by the shafts such that it can lift the robot in any case. This will let the opponent immobile and we then easily destroy the opponent robot.

Tyres and Motors used for the motion of the bot:


We are using Combination of metal and wooden tyres as metal tyre is not easily damaged by the opponent and Wiper motors for the motion of wheels. These motors provide enough torque required to move the total weight of the robot.

The specification of motors and tyres used is


Motors: Weight: Speed Torque 1.8 Kg (for Each motor) 80 Rpm 80 Newton metre

BODY:
The body of the robot is rectangular shaped, we use metal sheet for framing the outer structure, because metal having properties to bear strong impact from opponent attack.

Ground Clearence
As shown in the structure of the bot we have used the movable slope with zero ground clearance that can lift any of the opponent bot as well as its our biggest defence strength because the sheet of the slope is having the thickness equals to 1.2 Cm. and is made up of mild steel. Also it is able to defend all the attacks from the opponent bot from the crushers and cutters.and also as it is movable so no one can able to lift our whole bot from the front side.

Power Supply:
We will be using multiple power supply as our current requirement is very high. We have used a 180 amp Inverter batteries each of 12 volt(We are using 3 battries for using the max voltage limit).

Power supply is a subject to change, as we get better solution.

Transformer Used for Supply

Remote control :
We have planned two different remotes for better control. We will use rocker switches for switching purposes. The current rating for these switches is 20amps.
