Flipkart operations comprises of following Category Management Customer Service and Phone Sales Catalogue Fulfillment Center (Warehouse and Procurement) Logistics These functions are crucial for our business and are essential to everything we do. The organization continues to grow and that in itself exposes us to a fair bit of challenges. We love to see more and more customers believe in us, we are motivated to offer more and more products to them and we would never stop to add any service that can benefit them. All the teams in Flipkart have a single goal - we want to see our customers happy and they work in perfect co-ordination to make this happen.

Conclusion
