Job Description:-
• Check incoming and outgoing correspondences; Prepare memo / daily
correspondences
• Arrange travel schedules including business trip requests, travel
advance requests, flight and hotel bookings etc.
• Sets up meeting schedule and venue, and prepare meeting agenda and
minutes.
• Gather and compile information as requested and prepare required
reports/documents.
• Prepares routine correspondence and routes completed
correspondence for signatures. Reviews outgoing correspondence for
proper format.
• Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
• Receives telephone calls and visitors, answers routine questions, takes
messages. Refers other matters as appropriate.
