The following are the terms & conditions of appointment Total Emoluments : Rs. 3000/- per month all-inclusive Outstation : 1. Daily Allowances as per Company Policy 2. Free single accommodation (Sharing). 3. Free conveyance from office to site & back 4. Your Mail ID during service with Aster is _______________________ and Pass Word __ 1. Your appointment will be effective from the date of joining which shall be as soon as possible but not later than 21st March, 2006 failing which this appointment will automatically stand withdrawn. 2. Your initial positing will be at Hyderabad. However, your services are transferable to any other place or office of the company or to any subsidiary or associate company whether now existing or still to be formed. Such transfer/deputation will be in accordance with the companys rules in force. 3. You will be on probation for an initial period for an initial period of six months in the services of the company from the date of joining. During probation, if you wish to leave the company or the management decides to terminate your services, 15 days notice or salary in lieu there of shall be given by either side. Your performance shall be reviewed periodically and accordingly, the company reserves the right to either extend the probation period terminate your services you will be called as a probationer until confirmed in writing. 4. In the event of your being confirmed in services, if you wish to leave the employment or the management decides to terminate your services one month notice or salary in lieu there of shall be given by either side. However, you shall be relieved only on due completion of arrears of work and on handover of full charge of work. 5. You will be entitled to leave benefits in accordance with the rules of the company in force and as amended from time to time. 6. any business or service, or training- part time or otherwise, other than the companys business or service. 7. You shall be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition of all property of the company entrusted to you for use, custody or charge. Page 1 of 2 8. All information pertaining to the companys business and operations shall remain secret and safeguarded by you. You will inform your Team Leader/Head of the department if you are bound by any confidentiality agreement with any of your previous employers, in which case you shall keep us indemnified against any breach thereof by you. 9. In case any information furnished by you either in your application for employment or during the selection process is found to be incorrect/false, and/or if it is found that you have suppressed any material information in respect of your qualifications and past experience, the company reserves the right to terminate your services anytime without notice or compensation in lieu of notice. 10. You shall inform the HR department of any change in your personal data within three working days. Any notice required to be given to you shall be deemed to have been duly and properly given if delivered to you personally or sent by registered post to you at your address in India as recorded with the company. 11. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the company which are in force from time to time and the company shall have the right to vary or modify any or all of the above terms and conditions of service which shall be binding on you, irrespective of whether such rules and regulations are individually notified to you or not. 12. The benefits provided by the company are subject to change at the discretion of the management. 13. If at any time you become insolvent or are found guilty of dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission or of any other conduct considered by the company as detrimental to its interest, or breach of any of the above terms and conditions of appointment, your services may be terminated without notice or compensation. 14. Please confirm your acceptance of this appointment on the terms and conditions mentioned above by returning to us the copy of this duly signed by you.
