Insurance: Cost will be extra at actual, Any Transit Damage is to your account. Offer valid for 1 day, Final Price subject to confirmation before Purchase Order release. You need to make payment of refundable security deposit (interest free) equivalent to 3% of Invoice value. The same shall be refunded back within 15 days of receipt of C form from you. However, in case we do not receive C form within 6 months from the date of invoice, the security deposit shall be forfeited immediately. C-form clause with PI We propose the following options in order of our preference, and would like to opt for one of them as per your choice. We shall follow the Invoicing accordingly. OPTION 1 ( Advance C-form ) Submission of blank C-form duly signed and rubber stamped on the front and back side for a particular quarter for which POs will be raised by you. Subsequently invoiced by us at 2% CST against C-form for that entire quarter. We shall send you the copy of front and back side of C-form duly filled with invoice . details of the entire quarter OPTION 2 (C-form after delivery before due date of Sales tax return filing) Provide a refundable security deposit of 3 % of Invoice Value with every PO given in one Quarter. ( 3 month period E.g: For an Invoice of Rs. 1 lac with 2% CST, you will be required to arrange for Rs. 1,03,000 /-, out of which Rs.1 lac will be towards the Invoice value and Rs. 3000 will be retained as Security Deposit. Same procedure will be followed for all subsequent Invoices of that Quarter. The amount shall be carried forward to the next quarter in case of timely receipts of C-Form from your end. In the event of any non-receipt of C-Form for any Invoice within the due date, we shall pay from the deposit amount, the excess of the 3% CST plus penal interest and any penalty when we file our Sales tax returns, for the Invoices for which C-Form has not been sent from your end. The 3% additional CST paid with penal interest and penalty amount if any, paid by us from the deposit amount, will be collected from you to add in the deposit for the next quarter. OPTION 3 Invoicing at 5% CST, which will not require any need for getting Form-C from your end. No deposit required in this case. IMPORTANT : Pl. note that, if Invoicing is done at 2% against C-form, one of the above two options has to be chosen and confirmed to us. After dispatch of your material, C-form's for the corresponding Invoices will have to be sent by you without fail before the end of the particular Quarter. If C-form's are not received by us for any of the Invoices of a particular Quarter, fresh Orders for subsequent Quarter will be catered only after receipt of the pending C-forms.
