We are nonprofit, global; a professional association which is voice of the engineering and management professional across the globe. SEMS is a network of engineers, managers, researchers, industrialists, consultants and public bodies who share interest in contributing to the society through the academic means of education and research. SEMS permits the elected leadership of the association to focus on primary issues and policy decisions. It allows the volunteer members to concentrate their energies and efforts on long-term goals, when freed from day-to-day details.

PAPER SUBMISSION
To submit a proposal, send a paper or an abstract of a paper with maximum 200 words to the Program Chair. All papers and abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be informed of the review decision within 10 Days of submission. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. PUBLICATION
All submissions will be peer reviewed. All accepted papers will be subjected to a blind review process as this conference is a Refereed conference. Accepted papers will be published in a CD/ Book bearing International Standard Book Number (ISBN). The book will be released during the conference. Besides, 10 outstanding papers will also be published in international peer-reviewed journals of the society. An early submission of the full paper for publication will be highly appreciated.

PAPER IN ABSENTIA
Paper in Absentia is an opportunity for those scholars who cannot come in person and present their paper. This conference provides this opportunity to the research scholars to present their paper in absentia as well. The registration fee and dates will remain the same for paper Presentation in absentia.
