II ) My academic experience

An unforgettable experience and a stack of pleasant memories. Yes, even though only one year has passed, or less than that, the experience is unforgettable. A new city, new people, new teachers, is a different face of "high school". Here you define the future, here you do things and subjects you want. A heavier work than in high school , all ask for more, and if you do not attend the requirements comes a part called session . A failed exam, it's a hard defeat than in high school period when small test papers were a piece of cake in addition to what is called now exam. In just one year I met a lot of people, dear colleagues, teachers, friends. Was a great experience. I've known teachers who attract me and catch me in the "captivity" of their hours, but also teachers that make it only from obligation. Teachers with whom I can discuss, but also teachers who were not open to another point of view. But the most importan thing is that I learned from each other a lesson. I have learned to take value in the merits involved with learning from different perspectives and varying opinions on the way to improving my own knowledge and insight.Last but not least, I'm glad that I choose this city, a city with beautiful people. full of cultural activity, with a beautiful scenery, and also with a great University. A young University (1990 ) and one of the best faculty, Faculty of law. 1. English - Studying English in College is useful, especially in the field of law. Offers the chance to practise in the field of international law and not only the Romanian law, to provide students greater opportunity to conduct their work in a different kind of collective and more than that, any kind of experience abroad can be a real blessing. People in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, parts of Africa, India, and many smaller island nations speak English. English is the commonly adopted second language in Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. Speaking English opens these countries and cultures up to law students.

2. Civil law - The importance of studying law arises from the necessity of determining the guidelines of development, to know the rules and arrangements for implementation, ensuring compliance with it, and thus the fundamental rights and freedoms of members of the society. Civil law occupies a central position in the Romanian law system, contributing to the protection of the essential values of man. It studies the institutions such as the civil legal relationship, civil legal act, subjects of civil law. 3. Today, Roman Law has been replaced by modern codes. These codes, however, did not create new law from scratch. But rather, to a large extent, the rules of Roman Law which had been transmitted, were placed in a statutory framework which provided a modern, systematic order. This is particularly true in regard to the German Civil Code. So, in order to fully understand the German Civil Code, it is necessary to know about the legal foundation upon which it rests. As this is true in regard to German law, it is eqully true in regard to most modern European legal systems. Most important of all, Roman Law will have great significance in regard to the formation of uniform legal rules which further the process of political integration in Europe. Roman Law is the common foundation upon which the European legal order is built. Therefore, it can serve as a source of rules and legal norms which will easily blend with the national laws of the many and varied European states.
