Change to CC Rnd 3: 4ch in same st as sl st, (1tr, 1ch) in each tr, sl st into 3rd ch of st-ch. Rnd 4: sl st into 1-ch sp, 1dc in same 1-ch sp, *(3ch, bobble, 3ch) in next 1-ch sp, (1dc in next 1-ch sp) twice, repeat from * to last 1-ch sp, sl st into 1st dc. Fasten off and sew in all ends. Fringing Cut 48 x 50cm lengths of white Marvel 5ply. Divide into 8 groups 6 strands in each. Hold 6 strands together and fold in half to make a loop. Use a crochet hook to pull the loop through bottom corner at one end, put ends through the loop and pull firmly to tighten. Attach a fringe to both corners and 2 more evenly between. Repeat at the other end. Knot together 3 strands from adjoining fringes at 4cm and 8cm from top of fringe.
