SINTEX OIL AND GAS LTD (SOGL) is an Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company, with registered office at 701, Abhijeet - I, Mithakali Six Roads, Ahmedabad 380006, Gujarat, India has been awarded the S - Type exploration blocks CB-ONN-2009/1, 2 & 7 (113, 68 & 144 sq.kms.) in Cambay basin, Gujarat, India for exploration and production of hydrocarbons, by DGH, MOPNG, Govt. of India under NELP-VIII round of bidding. Exploratory drilling of 15 wells have been planned in 2nd quarter of 2014-15 with 5 firm and rest optional in block CB-ONN-2009/7 near Sanand area but not limited to with well depths ranging from 1500 m to 2500 m. SOGL invites EOI from experienced companies for the services and/or material listed below:

1. 1000 HP rig package with safety, pumping, top drive and drilling services. 2. Mud Engineering services along with mobile ETP & site clean up and restoration services as per GPCB norms. 3. Mud Logging services along with all facilities & software 4. Cementing services along with all units & equipment 5. Wireline/ Electro well Logging services including perforations along with all tools and units for Oil/ Gas wells. 6. Well completion services including slick line, bottom hole sampling, down hole tools etc. 7. Activation and Production testing Services 8. (Optional Service) MWD, Directional drilling and performance motor services 9. (Optional Service) Stimulation (Hydro-fracturing, Acidizing, Well clean up) services 10. Ware house and logistics services equipped with cranes, forklift, trucks and trailer services 11. Civil work services for approach roads, drillsite preparation & maintenance and restoration 12. Casing and screen running services

(C) Pre-qualification Criteria and documents for submission:

Tender documents shall be issued to primafacie eligible companies only for the services/ material they apply for. Companies may come forward for a group of services/ material if desired but shall be evaluated on standalone basis. Selection shall be based on the information received as mentioned below establishing successful projects record (completion reports), experienced manpower, litigation if any, current status, quality products and financial capability etc.

1. Infrastructure (Rig package, Units, Equipment, Material, support base etc), 2. Organizational structure and capability (Management, Operations & Maintenance, last three years IT returns & financial standing as support to capability for offered operations etc.) 3. Company and similar Work Experience for last three years along with completion certificate copies (Services for atleast one exploratory well service preferable amongst total experience). Goods supply companies shall have at least five years supply experience with API certification wherever applicable. 4. Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policy & record of the company * In the conduct of Petroleum Operations, under Art. 23.1 of PSC, preference shall be given to the purchase and use of goods manufactured, produced or supplied in India provided that such goods are available on terms equal to or better than imported goods with respect to timing of delivery, quality and quantity required, price and other terms. Same shall be applicable for Service Providers and subcontractors also.
