Conditions for payment, cancellation and penalties:

Reservations in START, LOW and MIDDLE SEASON are confirmed when fully payment is made within 48 hours before arrival. If a cancellation of confirmed reservation is made less than 48 hours before arrival, a penalty of one night stay will be charged. Reservations for accommodation in HIGH SEASON require advance payment after confirmations and full payment until 15.12.2013. Reservations for accommodation in HIGH SEASON made after 15.12.2013 require full payment within 48 hours after confirmation. In case of cancellation of reservations for HIGH SEASON after 15.12.2013 or in case of NO SHOW for New Years period, the amount of the entire stay will be charged as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if payment is not complete in the above deadlines.

Other conditions:
The accommodation in all apartments is for minimum 2 and maximum 4 people (2+2). All rooms are supplied with 2 regular beds. All other beds in the rooms are extra beds. The hotel reserves its right to change the prices and conditions. All inclusive requires wearing a special bracelet. All inclusive board begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of release. Complaints are made within 7 days after the last date of the service. Check in: 2:00pm. Check out: 12:00pm.
