We provide a complete suite of Technology, Network Operations, Finance & Administration and BPO sourcing solutions with a relentless focus on providing the best-in-class services to Vodafone Operating Companies spread across the globe out of our Shared Services Centers located in Pune and Ahmedabad. Currently more than 5000 VISPL employees and associates are working out of Pune, Ahmedabad and Bangalore. Contact Centre Business (CCB)

VISPLs Contact Centre Business handles in-bound and out-bound calls for customers in domestic and international markets. We also manage Customer Service Operations, Back office, Email/Chat and Business Intelligence for the Vodafone Group companies. CCB Domestic business based in Pune provides solutions with respect to prepaid customer services for Maharashtra, Goa and Mumbai circle. CCB provides prepaid customer services for International and Domestic market. VISPL at Ahmedabad delivers inbound and outbound customer care services to Vodafone India Limited. We are currently managing 16 work streams for VF UK. CCB currently provide the following Customer Operations Services: Voice Based Services: 24*7 Helpline, Telemarketing.
