Programmes: Bengali, English, Sanskrit, History, Political Science, Philosophy, Mathematics, Computer Science & Commerce Date of Issue of Forms: August 19 to 23; 26; 27; 29 & 30, 2013 Deposition of Fees: Student may deposit the fees through POWER JYOTI A/C No. 32868998865 with SBI from any SBI Branch and may also deposit fees by Demand Draft in favour of DDE, BU payable at Burdwan.     Admission Criteria: 2nd class Hons. in concerned subject or 35% in aggregate in Hons subject but obtained pass degree or 40% in Bridge Course. Any candidate from General Course (10+2+3 pattern) must secure atleast 40% in relevant subject for MA / 50% in Mathematics for MA/MSc in Mathematics / 40% in aggregate for M.Com. Any candidate of Special BA with 40% in the relevant subject or MA in any other subjects excluding MA in professional subject is eligible for admission to MA. Admission criteria for MSc in Computer Science: B.Sc. Hons in Computer Science or BCA/BE/equivalent or BSc Hons in Math/Stat/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry with Computer Science as one of the combination subjects or DOEAC A-level/equivalent or PGDCA from State Council of Technical Education of Govt. of WB.
