ASSIGNMENT QUESTION
PURPOSE The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners ability to evaluate the peformance appraisal process in a selected organisation using the performance appraisal model by Craig et al (1986). REQUIREMENT Evaluate the performance appraisal process in a selected organisation by comparing with the performance appraisal model given by Craig et al (1986) and suggest how you would improve that performance appraisal process to make it more efficient and effective.
