An opening speech at a PIBG/Parents-Teachers Associations Annual Meeting

Thank you event chairperson. First, I would like to thank God because we can come together in an important occasion this morning to Parents Teacher Associations Annual meeting Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Saujana, Port Dickson. Heartfelt thanks goes to all parents and teachers who take the time to attend to attend the school PTA meeting this morning. Dear Sir / Madam Parents & Teachers all Duty and responsibility as parents & teachers are becoming more severe in these challenging times. It's not like the time our parents taught us first. To enable us to practice patterns of our parents and teachers taught the past is no easy task, especially in this coming year. At which point the changes that parents make the task more difficult. Is it because the time has changed or because the education system, or indeed because of errors present in educating parents, teach and nurture the children? Similarly, in chapter discipline our children, from pre-school, primary school and now face the youngsters. If no proper guidance from the family institution and supported by a system of moral education and development of our children in school, of course, the sooner our children fall into the bad. As such, relations and cooperation between the institutions of family and school institutions, the relationship between parents and teachers need to finds an anchor and taken seriously. Engrossed or irresponsible party will cause an imbalance of living systems or expansion of our children. In addition, if this imbalance exists, then we can easily identify where the weaknesses or errors. At both institutions, there is love, responsibility, education and trust.

Some parents are too few to give love and abdicated its responsibility to nurture. In other words, in a busy work we neglected as their parents. Not too much less that an abundance of love, they cover their weakness by giving full luxury excessively to the child. Our children do not want trouble and want all available in front of the eye. Moreover, when they began to adults, some have started to trample the head of the parents and teachers. Discipline our children become chaotic. Damaged May one or two, but the vast social and without proper guidance, will make many other friends who also fall the same.

Dear Sir / Madam Parents & Teachers all Let us reflect and think together. Let us not forget. Because of the challenges, our children's future is certainly more challenging. If not us who provide them with knowledge, education, discipline is perfect, surely we will see them stray far from the path one day. SMKBS teachers have great responsibility to teach our children. But it does not reduce or discharge the trust and responsibility as parents in nurturing and educating their children well. Let us guide them along. Therefore, we must improve together serve a combination of both these institutions in our SMKBS PTA. May God bless and bless our efforts and ability of all parents and all teachers Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Saujana in educating our children well. On this occasion, I would like to thank all the PTA Committee, the headmaster and all the teachers and parents throughout the General Meeting to be held as planned. Goal of our PTA is to work together with the SMKBS in bringing SMKBS to a level of excellence with the implementation of programs compiled by SMKBS and PTA. Dear Sir / Madam Parents & Teachers all I hope the new leadership SMKBS PTA will be selected by the parent and teacher day will always be able to create ideas that better suit your needs and changing times. What is most important is that the new Committee will in addition to carrying out activities and programs for parents / teachers, can also support and assist the school in developing our vision and mission SMKBS this establishment. PTA Committee 2009-2011 SMKBS and I record acknowledgments and thanks to all parents and teachers who trust us to lead the PTA SMKBS for the period and is also involved in all programs. May this effort to improve relations between parents and teachers and our children. Together we pray that SMKBS PTA will continue to be active, constructive and successful for years to come.
