Redford is delighted to present the following menu selections. we hope that these carefully prepared menus and beverage suggestions will help you to plan your upcoming event. our culinary team is also happy to prepare a custom menu if you so desire. Our special events manager will be pleased to answer any questions about pricing and can help you select and create appropriate menus. menu selections are to be submitted at least one-week prior to the event date. all menu prices are subject to change, with appropriate notification. All food and beverage must be purchased through the venue. it is venue policy that food and liquor cannot be brought in from outside sources without prior written consent. the venue also prohibits the removal of food or alcohol from the premises. Specialty linens, floral arrangements, ice sculptures, chair covers, soft furniture, etc. can be provided by the special events manager at an additional charge with advance notice. please let us know in advance should you prefer to make these arrangements yourself. once we have approved your outside vendors, kindly supply us with a list of vendor contact information so that we may assist them in servicing your needs. 673 Geary St. San Francisco, CA 94102 | www.redfordsf.com The venue can provide you with a highly trained audio/visual staff with the latest in technical equipment. rates and information are available under separate cover: please review your audiovisual requirements with the events manager. We will be pleased to recommend or make arrangements for a variety of musical or entertainment options. all entertainment/music must be pre-approved by the events manager. The venue will work with you to arrange mutually acceptable levels of security and/or door staff for your function. current rates will apply. Events must be confined to room rented and scheduled time. the venue reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all-objectionable persons from venue premises without liability. the venue will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the venue before or after your event unless prior arrangements have been made.

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION


signs and displays

No signs, banners, or displays shall be erected or displayed in any part of the venue without written consent from the events manager. the venue will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, windows, or ceilings throughout the property. The client is solely responsible for providing venue with number of guests to be in attendance. the number of guests is to be confirmed seventy-two business hours prior to the event otherwise the original number of guests specified in the event contract will be charged. regardless of the number of guests in attendance, the contracted food and beverage minimum must be met. Preliminary arrangements are due one week prior to your event date. confirmation of final room setup arrangements are due for food functions at the time of your final number guarantee, and not later than 24 hours prior to the start of your event. Shipments may be delivered a maximum of three business days prior to the date of the event contact the events manager for shipping instructions and arrangements. Client agrees to vacate the venue at the closing hour as indicated in the contract and agrees to reimburse the venue for any wage payments or costs incurred due to a failure to comply. An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost of the function will be required to hold the venue and will be due and payable as stipulated in the contract. an estimated prepayment of the balance of the function will be due and payable, two weeks prior to the date of the function, by check, cashiers check or valid credit card. 3rd party and personal checks accepted wth prior venue consent only. ***service charge and tax, a 20% service charge and present rate of sales tax are added to all food and beverage charges. All prices quoted in this menu do not include applicable taxes and service charge.
