No signs, banners, or displays shall be erected or displayed in any part of the venue without written consent from the events manager. the venue will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, windows, or ceilings throughout the property. The client is solely responsible for providing venue with number of guests to be in attendance. the number of guests is to be confirmed seventy-two business hours prior to the event otherwise the original number of guests specified in the event contract will be charged. regardless of the number of guests in attendance, the contracted food and beverage minimum must be met. Preliminary arrangements are due one week prior to your event date. confirmation of final room setup arrangements are due for food functions at the time of your final number guarantee, and not later than 24 hours prior to the start of your event. Shipments may be delivered a maximum of three business days prior to the date of the event contact the events manager for shipping instructions and arrangements. Client agrees to vacate the venue at the closing hour as indicated in the contract and agrees to reimburse the venue for any wage payments or costs incurred due to a failure to comply. An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost of the function will be required to hold the venue and will be due and payable as stipulated in the contract. an estimated prepayment of the balance of the function will be due and payable, two weeks prior to the date of the function, by check, cashiers check or valid credit card. 3rd party and personal checks accepted wth prior venue consent only. ***service charge and tax, a 20% service charge and present rate of sales tax are added to all food and beverage charges. All prices quoted in this menu do not include applicable taxes and service charge.
