President al-Assad decrees exemption of customs breaches

President Bashar al-Assad issued on Tuesday legislative decree No. 45 for the year 2013 stipulating for exempting a number of customs breaches from fees according to the customs law. The decree stated that customs breaches would be exempted provided that other fees and taxes are paid.
