To give an emphasis on the hardware features of Intel 8051, ARM Processors and their functions To provide essential knowledge on various operating modes of I/O ports Timers/Counters, control registers and various types of interrupts To teach various interfacing techniques. Understand the difference between different microcontrollers. Will know to design microcontroller based embedded systems for smaller and high end applications.
