For the news article above the Boolean Operator search technique was employed. In the all these words search box. The Boolean Operator AND with the topic keywords was used in like fashion: mobile internet AND Pacific AND regional development AND news article. The search was then narrowed by using the limiters English and past year in the language and last update search boxes. My initial search came up with 100 results. The exact information resource was found in the first result listed titled, Digital islands: how the Pacific's ICT revolution is transforming the region.

The above site was researched using the meta search engine, Meta Crawler that searches Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Ask at once and produces the best results from each. The keywords that were entered into the search box using the Boolean Technique were, Pacific Island countries+Internet usage+statistics. The initial search brought up approx 21,000 hits. The first result that came up was, Oceania Internet Usage Stats and Population Statistics from the Internet World Stats site was most relevant to the topic.
