LOCATION Toronto is one of the friendliest and safest cities in the world. There are three locations at which students may study. U of T St. George is located in the heart of downtown Toronto; U of T Scarborough is 22 km (14 miles) to the east of U of T St. George; and U of T Mississauga is 27 km (17 miles) to the west of U of T St. George. All three campuses offer studies in arts, science, business and education; most of the professional faculties are located at U of T St. George.

How to Apply
All applicants apply to U of T through the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC). If you are unable to apply online, you can request a paper application by email: request@ouac.on.ca (subject of email paper application); by telephone: 519-823-1063; or by writing to the Ontario Universities Application Centre: 170 Research Lane, Guelph, Ontario, Canada N1G 5E2.
Please note there is an application fee for the Ontario Universities Application Centre and an additional $90.00 application fee for the University of Toronto. The University of Toronto operates on an academic year rather than on a semester or quarter system. Students begin their studies in September and continue until May of the following year.

U.S. citizens can apply for financial assistance from the U.S. William D. Ford Students will be notified of the transfer Federal Direct Loan Program. The University credits to which they are entitled as soon as of Toronto is a recognized post-secondary possible after they have been admitted and institution for Federal Direct Loans (PLUS/ paid the Transfer Credit Assessment Fee. Subsidized/Unsubsidized). Education Details on fee payment will be provided when Savings Plans, and US Federal Education Tax an offer of admission is made. Interviews credits are also applicable. Complete details may be required. can be found at www.adm.utoronto.ca Applicants with a bachelors degree or equivalent from another university who wish to complete a second undergraduate degree in arts, science or business may apply for admission to a second degree program. Those admitted to a second degree program will be granted a maximum of one year of transfer credit (five full credit courses). It is not possible to complete a second undergraduate degree in the same field as a first degree (for instance students who have completed a degree in or have majored in economics, management, commerce or business cannot complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree or Bachelor of Business Administration). An applicant who already holds an undergraduate degree is advised to apply as a Non-degree student to take courses to qualify for graduate level studies or other professional programs. Please note that it may not be possible to register in courses that are in high demand. Applicants who hold an undergraduate degree in Engineering cannot be offered admission to our undergraduate Engineering faculty. Residence is guaranteed for all new full-time students entering their first year of university in an undergraduate program for the first time, provided that they have indicated their interest in residence by completing the Universitys common residence application by March 31, and have received and accepted an offer of admission by June 1. Applicants who are competitive for admission to the University of Toronto are among the top third of their class. Only those applicants who have attained a high level of academic achievement and who completely satisfy prerequisites will be admitted. Provide full information about your language and copies of transcripts/documents supporting your claim, and we will let you know. If you do not meet U of Ts language requirements but have demonstrated superior academic performance at the high school level, you may be interested in the International Foundation Program (www.ifp.utoronto.ca) offered at New College in the Faculty of Arts and Science or the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering.
ACCEPTABLE TESTS/QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SCORES Register well in advance for the test as space is limited. Note that some test results will not be available to us until seven or eight weeks after the test date. We accept only official test scores sent directly to Admissions and Awards by the issuing agency. We recommend that you request that your result be sent to us as soon as it is available. You will not be penalized for a low result if we receive an acceptable result on a later test.
