This notice should be filed in front of MS51816E, dated 30 July 1987. MS51816E is inactive for new design and is no longer to be used except for replacement purposes. New designs should refer to SAE J514, Hydraulic Tube Fittings. (DoD activities may obtain copies of SAE J514 from the Standardization Document Order Desk, 700 Robbins Avenue, Building 4D, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. The private sector and other Government agencies may purchase copies from the Society of Automotive Engineers International, 400 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, PA 15096.)
