I'm afraid my job is not too exciting and is a bit boring. I try to teach and ,at the same time educate. The main advantage of this kind of works is that people don't think about them until the next day. Some of them decide what they do with their time rather than someone else. However others jobs that need an especial attention, for example a doctor, a nurse they need continuously to focus the attention on the job . Most of the time , the workers are usually hectic and overwhelmed and they are involved in the job and even more they can't disconnect and they are thinking about the job even at home. In my opinion this kind of person might another alternative activities in order to disconnect the mind and relax. 4) How have computers changed the way people work? These new tools have changed our lifestyles and it is difficult to imagine my work without computers, they spur me on my daily job, they support me to do make material, share information , interactive tasks etc... But I might admit that there are some citizens that hated them. In conclusion, I believe that computers help the modern society in general let people work in a easily way in most of the jobs, who could imagine a suitable accountancy in a business without computers? 5) Some people believe we should all continue working as long as we are able , while others feel we should retire at 65 or earlier . What is your view?. In my opinion the experience of elder people is too valuable and some of them are willing to share it with the rest of the people. Therefore, it costs a fortune to seguridad social the retired people. However some jobs need physical skills and the workers become exhausted . On the other hand , In my opinion , everybody should be entitled to retire at age 65 unless they want another option. At least Of course this depend on the economic situation of the country.

6) What is your ideal working environment? My ideal working environment is a place with a huge desk with a modern laptop with a cozy, warm and comfortable atmosphere . In this way I can work hardly when it might be necessary and share the work . However , sometimes this is not possible because some people or relatives can distract or disturb you. Im fed up with the people that distract me. For this reason sometimes I was forced to work at night losing sleep. On the other hand I like speaking with my workmates and sharing work with them. It depends on the kind of work you need to do. 7) There is too much technology in the home. What do you do think?. Although there are some citizens who prefer to life without technology I strongly believe that technology is necessary in order to achieve a comfortable life. Does someone imagine living without washing machine, fridge, car , heating, conditioning and even computers and mobiles?. I use my car to go away to relax or visiting friends and relatives , my laptop to work and play, my TV to watch films. I feel my life will very difficult without theses tools. 8) What technology do you use in your everyday life? Although there are some citizens who prefer to life without technology I strongly believe that technology is necessary in order to achieve a comfortable life. Does someone imagine living without washing machine, fridge, car , heating, conditioning and even computers and mobiles?. I use my car to go away to relax or visiting friends and relatives , my laptop to work and play, my TV to watch films. I feel my life will very difficult without theses tools. 9) What invention from the 20th or 21st century stands out the most for you? Undoubtedly computers and mobiles have been the most important tools in this centuries. In my opinion it is so difficult to imagine our modern lifestyle without them. These tools have increased the productivity and goals in most of business such as hospitals, factories, schools, office and so on. Thus they allow people keep up with the activities they perform . Everyone can know whatever happens all over the world never mind if it is in the middle of nowhere in just a second everyone knows it. 10) Do you define yourself as a technophobe or a technolofile, in other words , do you hate technology or you addicted to it ?. I feel my life will very difficult without these tools. Sometimes I like going away to the country for walking , relaxing or do outdoor sports like football and biking. However I enjoy employing the modern technology like computers, TV, mobiles, cameras, and so on. Nevertheless I use them in a moderate way I hate spending my time playing PC games or speaking through the mobile for hours, I try to cut down a bit. These tools can support you but at the same time they can become you in a slave. 11) In the future many jobs we do nowadays may be done by robots or machines . Do you think this a good thing ?. Undoubtedly computers and mobiles have been the most important tools in this centuries. In my opinion it is so difficult to imagine our modern lifestyle without them. I strongly believe that robots

will help to humans but it will a disaster if they do all work for several reasons. Firstly we take a risk to become and lazy people, secondly poor people will get down and they feel themselves miserable. We can observe two examples through the history: during Greek and Roman ages and in southern states before civil war. In this time rich people lived comfortably with their slaves, but poor people felt miserable , they couldn't find job because the slaves were doing it and at the same time the rest of the people looked down on them. Something similar will be able to happen in the future. Besides there is a risk, if something is too clever will not like serving us or to make matters worst even rebel. This kind of facts can be watched in some films like terminator or I robot based on Isaac Asimov. 12) How important to you is having friends ?. Everybody needs support and help by friends and/ or relatives . When you feel depress is always rewarding that someone helps you or simply speaks with you. Sometimes , you need to be patient with them and to spend time with them. If you don't like spending time on your friends, you've had it . 13) Tell us about your best friend. My best friend actually is my brother in law because we have the same age, tastes and way to think. He's an excellent person who is always willing to support me when I need something . However I had had other excellent friends but I moved from a city to another for work and unfortunately little by little I couldn't keep in touch with them 14) Has a friend ever let you down? ( disappointed you ) Nobody is perfect , sooner or later there's always some friend who bothers you, a bad day, problems at work with the mother in law etc. .. a single true friendship shouldn't be affected by small problems, we must be patient with the rest of the world as a Turkish proverb says " if you are looking for perfect friends run out of friends" 15) Can a man and a woman be best friends?. In my opinion it might be so difficult be only best friends between a man y a woman because if they spent a lot of time together, working , speaking , having drinks at least one of them can experiment especial feelings to the other one and this can cause problems in their relationship because the mind is focusing on the other person and , to make matters worst , this person can be jealous and broke a especial friendship. 16) I believe parents and children must be friends. In my opinion parents and children should have an especial relationship with confidence and love but parents shouldn't be best friends because they should teach to the children the main rules and advice about the life, children need to be leaded in a suitable way and for this reason parents have to be leaders rather than best friends. 17) An Englishman's home is his castle What do you think this means? I dont know exactly the meaning of this topic, but I believe that means that regardless of the kind of person a man was, his home is his castle because he is the king, he can feel safe inside of it, he has his space to relax watch TV or whatever he fancies.

18) Tell us about different lifestyles or living communities you know about. If you had to change , what would you choose? I do not know so much about another lifestyles. In my opinion most people are used to live in a mainstream way, thus they spend the most part of their time on the same city with the same family and the same friends. However, there are certain people, such as travellers, hippies, diplomats engineers, doctors and so on that have to move to other countries because of work, charity or love reasons and they adopt another alternative. They should learn to live in another style. As a general rule, they might move to another city or even to another country. Changing city from time to time may be interesting ( exciting) , so you know other places with different customs and even other languages can be learned. This can be exciting for some people for some time, for example when they are young and do not have too many social obligations (couple, children, etc). Nevertheless, people feel need to be established in somewhere sooner or later. On the other hand, some people are tired of modern society, where everyone is overwhelmed and stressed and they adopt other ways of living more peaceful and genuine shunning orders, rules and conformity that can be quite persuasive and attractive. The problem begins when they have kids. Society is always a little cruel with people who are considered strange, as a Japanese people say the nail that sticks out gets hammered down. In spite of the fact that children, who are used to travel, can be more awake, talkative and openminded, developing social skills, on the other hand, they can find difficult to settle down and have steady relationships. To sum up, I strongly believe that alternative lifestyles may be attractive for some time to feel yourself free and young changing the habits, but humans are social beings who need to establish relationships with other individuals and / or family. The children support a considerable suffering growing up in a different way from their friends. The main problem is not move far away, because everyone become to live in the new city, the hardest thing is moving time to time making new friends and saying goodbye to old ones continuously. 19) How attractive and convenient for residents are the buildings and streets in your capital city?. What changes, small or drastic would you make?. In my opinion my city has the perfect size , it is not too large neither too small . Every place is in a walking distance which means that you don't need to take the car to travel to everywhere. Therefore you can find all kinds of shops, doctors, schools and whatever you want. In my opinion has the perfect size to be perfect. However , of course the traffic is awful in rush hour on main streets . But a bypass will be constructed and I hope that the problem will finished. 20) Pros and cons of living in the country. In my opinion living in the country has some advantages. Firstly , you can live relaxed without a timetable, in a delightful way, the time flies slowly and everybody knows you , besides everyone is willing to help and support you, while in a great city everybody only minds their own business. Another interesting pro in favour of this kind the lifestyle is that you don't need to use a car and almost anything is in a walking distance. However , living in the country has certain cons . To begin with, you don't have privacy , especially if you are a teacher. I remember when I worked in a small villages there is always who know you and ask for what are you doing or do you have some salt?.

On the other hand , living in the country there is lack of shops, supermarkets, cinemas and so on and many people go away to satisfy this kind of necessities. To sum up, I believe that the best place is a medium size city where everybody can find whatever they want easily, all places are a walking distance and there isn't the stressful lifestyle of the great city. 21) In what ways do holidaymakers benefit or harm the local culture or the environment? In my opinion every environment deserves to be preserved and an excessive number of visitants may produce irreversible changes. On the other hand, some isolated places have economics problem and lack of primary services and, for this reason , many natives have been forced to go away to look for better opportunities. I believe that holidaymakers are so necessary and essential to develop local economies, but their number and behavior (customs) may be controlled and leaded to avoid future disasters. TOPICS Work Family extended familiy, a single parent , foster family, nuclear family, same sex family , step family, single person a married couple Lifestyle In my opinion most people are used to live in a mainstream way, thus they spend the most part of their time on the same city with the same family and the same friends. However, there are certain people, such as travellers, hippies, diplomats engineers, doctors and so on that have to move to other countries because of work, charity or love reasons and they adopt another alternative. The children support a considerable suffering growing up in a different way from their friends. The main problem is not move far away, because everyone become to live in the new city, the hardest thing is moving time to time making

new friends and saying goodbye to old ones continuously. Places I don't understand exactly the meaning of this topic , but I'll try to speak about my feelings. In my opinion there are a huge quantity of marvellous places all over the world and each one depends on the point of view of each person. Unfortunately I haven't travelled too much but I know most of them by TV or the Internet. In Spain I know some delightful places, Toledo, on the top of a hill towering the valley with Tajo river winding around the city and narrow streets, Avila surrounded by a wall, etc. Nevertheless my favourite city is Segovia., What stands out most is the aqueduct of Segovia, an incredible building, where not only stand out the aesthetics but also its functional thus this building carried water to the city until 1950. It is incredible stones remain joined just without any cement or glue for almost 2000 years. The main and famous meal in Segovia is the roast suckling pig , it delicious the meat is so soft that melts in your mouth, it so soft that even waiters don't need any knife to cut it, they only need a plate. Another famous buildings that stand out in Segovia are the churches and above all , the Alcazar a castle that is erected at the end of the city and towering the river, even it is said that Walt Disney was inspired in it to design the Blancanieves's castle. (I remember with pleasure my visit with my students) mosque cordoba, hanging houses in cuenca, altamira paintings Immigrants This is a committed and difficult topic but in my opinion the immigrants are a heterogeneous group of people but all of them with the same needs and motivations: to improve their quality of life. They are forced to travel due to a lack of money, food , water and another primary necessities. These citizens have strange habits that can produce conflicts among the people, such as different lifestyles, religion , eating habits and so on. Anyway frequently they are necessary to work in the host country, due to the habitants are so elder or comfortable and they dont appeal to do hard works. The problem is that many immigrants arrive without documentation and job . They cope with tricks and manoeuvres . I feel this people should adapt to new country to be integrated with native people in order to avoid conflicts and racism problems, without forgetting their own identity of course. In conclusion I believe immigrants are necessary to improve a develop country but they should be identified in order to avoid problems. Friends A friend in need is a friend indeed A friend to all is a friend to none make friends support help Let me down defraudar acquaintances
