Kindly use only CITIBANK to do the fund transfers or ANY OTHER Bank but remittance should be made directly to CITIBANK, Electronic Fund Transfer should preferably be done from a Citibank account given that most transfers happen in 3-4 days,

Suggest the same to be checked with bank at your end. Customers have faced undue problems in remittances made through other banks as the same does not reach in time as well as there are deductions made by intermediary banks thereby making the final remittance of lower amount than required. Kindly scan the bank remittance advice copy after you have processed the fund transfer for us to track the payment.

An Order confirmation mail will reach you as per your exam request date, during the week of your exam. Communication written the venue and timings will be given on Wednesday* of the exam-scheduled week. there is no provision for cancellation of registration. Limited seats available per week. Oracle reserves right to allocate the next immediate slot, if identified slot is full. Slot allocation is purely on a first-come-first-serve basis. Request for a reschedule of exam date/ venue MUST reach OTC minimum of 4 days in advance (vide mail only) to the original date. Subsequent postponement requests will not be considered. Rescheduling will be considered based on slot availability only.

Creating a Pearson Vue web account:
If you are a new PearsonVUE user, and have not logged in to your profile on pearsonvue.com/oracle before, you will follow the steps below to access your demographic data and Oracle Testing ID. 1. Go to http://www.pearsonvue.com/oracle 2. Select My Account 3. Click on create a new web account: It is important that you enter your profile and contact information on the next screens as you think it exists in your Oracle profile as the system will perform an automated matching process that will match the record you are creating up with the record that was uploaded from Oracle.

Create your profile>Next Enter contact information>Next An automatic matching process occurs. If PearsonVue is able to match you to a record provided by Oracle, you will be taken to the next screen to create a username If Pearson is not able to match your record, you will be placed in a queue and will be contacted by Pearson within 72 hours for verification Create a username You will be asked if you want to schedule a test. You can log out.
