These lacy rib socks have girl appeal and can be knit in any of the bright color choices available in this self-striping sock yarn.

LEG Cast on 35 (42, 49) sts evenly over double pointed needles. Join, being careful that sts are not twisted, and begin working in the round. Place marker for beginning of round. Round 1 (Right side): Knit around. Rounds 2 and 3: Knit around. Round 4: *K1, Yo, P1, P3tog, P1, Yo, K1; repeat from * around. Repeat Rounds 1-4 for Leg until piece measures approximately 3 (4, 5) (9 (11.5, 14) cm) from cast on edge. Next Round: Knit around increasing 1 (0, 1) st: 36 (42, 50) sts.
