LEG Cast on 35 (42, 49) sts evenly over double pointed needles. Join, being careful that sts are not twisted, and begin working in the round. Place marker for beginning of round. Round 1 (Right side): Knit around. Rounds 2 and 3: Knit around. Round 4: *K1, Yo, P1, P3tog, P1, Yo, K1; repeat from * around. Repeat Rounds 1-4 for Leg until piece measures approximately 3 (4, 5) (9 (11.5, 14) cm) from cast on edge. Next Round: Knit around increasing 1 (0, 1) st: 36 (42, 50) sts. HEEL Note: Arrange sts so that first 18 (21, 25) sts are on one needle to work Heel. Heel is worked in Short rows.
