Requirements Fundamental requirements which the project must possess to serve the clients basic intentions were reviewed under project requirements. The basic requirement of this project is to solve the problems in existing pola area and increase welfare of the vendors and consumers. Constraints Constraints are those factors which will impose a discipline upon the design. The constraints of the project were identified as follow.
