1: Mount the file "PTC Pro Engineer

Wildfire 4.0 CD1.iso" in Power Iso ore simulare

2: Run the "Setup.exe" in the mounted disk. 3: Write down the PTC HostID in a txt document, located in the left corner in the bottom of the setup screen. 4: In the Next window accept the terms and press Next 5: Now select the option: "Pro/ENGINEER & Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica. 6: Select features, It is recomended that you dont change the deafult features 7: Press next. 8: Now open the Crack folder, and copy the "ptc_li-4.0.dat" file to the "C:" drive 9: Next Open the license file "ptc_li-4.0.dat" in a txt editor (Notpad), and replace every occurance off with your own PTC HostID, (see pt.3) (The easiset way to do this is to press "Ctrl"+"h". Type in , and replace with your own HostID, then select "Replace all"). Save and exit 10: In the "FLEXnet License Servers" press "Add" and select "Locked License file (no server running)". Point to the edited license file "ptc_li-4.0.dat" in your "C:" drive. Then press "OK" 11: Select "next" and "install" 12: Mount CD 2 and 3 when asked to do so. 13: Exit when the installation is done. 14: Do not start PROE!!!!! Open the Crack folder and run the patch: "ptc.pro engineer.wildfire.4.0.genericpatch.exe" 15: Serch the files the patch dont find in the install.dr/i486_nt/obj. Ignore the files you dont find (The two first files and the 4.) Exit when Patching is done. 16: You can now start ProE. Well, I have run WildFire 4.0 crack successfully. Just seems as if the program runs a bit slow; not sure if this is due to my running W7 64bit os...but I doubt it...should not make any difference between 32 or 64 in terms of operation. thunder_2008 at 2009-01-25 04:58 CET: On second thought the 32bit version of this program is likely why it runs so slugishly. It takes like 4-5 seconds for each command to iniatialize.

It seems to be associated with the trojan virus in the generic path and so cannot be permitted to run by Norton. minhdlu at 2009-04-17 18:43 CET: Okay, I have read through the slightly vague instructions (no offense), and have it working successfully. Here are a few tips to help people that are have any problems installing ProEngineer: 1. The crack that you download "ptc.pro engineer.wildfire.4.0.generic-patch.exe" will be automatically blocked and removed by anti-virus software like norton and mcafee. A solution to this is to download it normally, and then after downloading it you will find that the crack is missing. Now turn off your anti-virus software (It is in the configure section somewhere of your anti-virus software). Then download the crack only and burn all of the information onto a DVD (the crack with the rest of the content from the torrent). 2. What is the PTC Host ID? The PTC host ID can be found when opening setup.exe on the disk. It is located on the lower left hand corner of the install pop-up. 3. How do I get the patch to work? When opening the patch, it will tell you that it can not find "example.exe" when it asks you to find it the first 2 times just hit cancel. On the 3rd time around, the instruction tell you to go to the "install.dr/i486_nt/obj." That simply means find your install directory for example "C:\Program Files\whatever" In that "whatever" folder you will need to find the folder called "i486_nt". Then find the folder called "obj". That is where the missing .dlls and .exes are located. Thanks goes to the uploader for uploading this awesome piece of software.
