MEDICATION Ramipril 2.5mg OD Clopidogrel 75mg OD Carvedilol 6.25mg OD EXERCISE The patient is required to undergo physical therapy once a week at least 15min2hours depends on the client capability. TREATMENT Physical therapy once a week at least 15min-2hours depends on the client capability. Medication: ramipril, clopidogrel and carvedilol. Positioning every 2hours. HEALTH TEACHING Scheduled activities with adequate rest periods during the day. Advise the client to avoid prolonged periods of sitting or lying in the same position. Avoid smoking and alcohol use. Maintain adequate nutrition. Daily exercise. OUTPATIENT DIET Low salt, low fat, low carbohydrate diet.
