Community Centered Board (CCB) o.us/ddd/CCB_Main.htm
CCBs are private non-profit organizations designated in statute as the single entry point into the long-term service and support system for persons with developmental disabilities. The State contracts
with twenty Community Centered Boards to deliver community-based services. Each CCB has a non-overlapping geographic service region of one to ten counties serving from 70 to 1,600 individuals
each. CCBs are responsible for intake, eligibility determination, service plan development, arrangement for services, delivery of services (either directly and/or through purchase), monitoring, and
many other functions.

Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with developmental disabilities and their families. It was established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to
institutional care. Since that time, Pathways has developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with a
developmental disability. Developmental Pathways serves citizens of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, and the portion of Adams County within the City of Aurora city limits.
"The Mission of Denver Options is to provide children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a choice of services to support their living, working, learning and playing in the
community and to help them achieve optimum independence and productivity. We accomplish this through effectively managing service delivery systems and coordinating resources."
