NIQAB TODAY, HIJAB TOMORROW!

If youve been watching the news recently youll notice that the attack on the niqab (veil) has been making the headlines. At the moment the government is trying to push the idea of banning them in hospitals, courts, schools, banks, airports and other secure areas, but we all know that this is the thin end of the wedge. Alhamdulillah, the growth of Islam in the West has been gathering momentum every year, and it is clear that it is this which is the real reason why they are attacking symbols of Islam. The attack on the niqab is an attack on Islam, and therefore as Muslims we should make the following points very clear to the government and kuffar (non-Muslims) in general: 1. As Muslims we only obey our creator and commander Allah (SWT) to whom all sovereignty and supremacy belongs. It is because of this that the Niqab is worn as obedience to Allah alone, and unlike claims to the contrary, it has a firm juristic foundation in the Quran and in the statements of the Messenger Muhammad (saw). 2. Muslims believe that the attack on the Niqab is in reality an attack on Islam and Muslims as part of a Crusade which is being played out militarily in Muslim lands (such as Afghanistan) and also with propaganda against the ideology of Islam. Other recent examples of attacking Islam include the issue of halal meat, the Islamic penal code, the building of mosques and calling for the Shariah. 3. Muslims reject any law, order, decision or judgement which is not based upon the commands of Allah. Whatever contradicts with the order of Allah cannot be obeyed, rather for anyone to accept another legislator other than Allah is an act of polytheism that would take one outside of the fold of Islam (i.e. apostasy) 4. Islam honours the man and woman and sets out specific rules regarding clothing, food, relationships etc... and unlike under freedom and democracy, Islam channels all our emotions and desires in order to please our creator. Whereas under man made legislation human beings are exploited through such things as pornography, the cosmetics industry, advertisements and pageants etc...
5. As practicing Muslims, we invite all non-Muslims (including Judge Peter Murphy) to

embrace Islam and save themselves from the hellfire and we invite the society in which we live, to implement the laws of Islam, which we believe is inevitable one day in Britain where Judges will judge by Islam and all women will have their honour protected and will be covered properly.
