Cargo Tank Monitoring System with Pressure/Temp

General Information
The radar sensor gauge is the best version of radar level gauge for marine tankers which has been made based on the long time field experience & stopless research and development. It is designed solely for measuring the distance, level, volume and reflectivity of liquids, pastes, slurries, and solids. Radar sensor can form part of an overfill protection system as defined in WHG if ordered with the the appropriate options. Radar sensor is a level metter based upon FMCW radar. It is used for measuring Level, Volume, distance to surface, reflectivity of liquids, pastes and slurries. Principle of operation
The radar sensor gauge is Radar Type level transmitter using a frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW) electromagnetic signal to measure the distance between its antenna and the cargo tank content surface(ullage). Frequency difference between transmitted and received wave is directly proportional ullage. An adapted data processing is able to be calculated. The micro wave signal issued from the antenna is directly processed, then we can obtain the distance between antenna and liquid surface(ullage).

Cargo Tank Monitoing System with Magnetic Float

General Information
The CARGO-2000 is the best version of magnetic float level gauge for marine tankers which has been made based on the long time field experience & stopless research and developments. It is a magnetic float type tank level gauge featuring an S.O.S (System One Sensor) that tank level, temperature, vapour pressure as well as issuing an alarm when limits are exceeded. This system is widely suitable for measurement and control of cargo liquid levels at crude oil tanker, coaster tanker, product carriers and chemical carriers etc. A key feature of the tank monitoring system is its easy of handling, because the sensors in the detector are flexible, it can be lifted up by hand without the need to enter tanks, even in the case of cargo tanks of all liquid carrier. Independent Type Cargo Tank High/Overfill Alarm System

General Information
The HAI-2000 is the best version of magnetic float alarm and capacitance type for marine tankers which has been made based on the long time field experience & stopless research and developments. It is a magnetic float type tank high overfill alarm sensor featuring an stable function. This signal is connected to alarm modulator through safety barrier. The 95% of volume is normally for high alarm and 98% of volume is normally overfill alarm. A test lever is provided for manually functional test to check integrity of high level alarm system before cargo loading. In hazardous areas, this equipment should be used in conjunction with an intrinsically safety barrier. Generally our made other system can be add up for low costs.

Air Purge Type Remote Level Gauging System
Principle of operation
The principle of operation is based on the measurement of the hydrostatic pressure by providing a constant low flow of air or neutral gas into a probe which opens at the tank bottom. The flow regulator is discharged through the purge mouth at the tank bottom and ensure a constant at the end of the sounding pipe in the tank irrespective of the supply pressure. Gauge saver is used for protecting the level indicator against over pressure. The blowing valve in sued for isolation from other channel without any influence. The air supply valve in used for sending the full air pressure through the signal line for cleaning purposes. The output pressure of this constant flow regulator (Corresponding to the hydrostatic pressure at the bottom of the sounding pipe) is connected to the level indicator. The indicator and constant flow regulator are built in interconnecting assembly ready for panel mounting.

Air Purge Type Remote Level Gauging System
Principle of operation
The principle of operation is based on the measurement of the hydrostatic pressure by providing a constant low flow of air or neutral gas into a probe which opens at the tank bottom. The output pneumatic signal of the modulator is fed into P/I converter and is changed to electric signal (4~20mA) in 2 wire by P/I convertor. Tank Level Gauging System

Principle of operation
The ceramic measuring cell is oil-free, I.e the process pressure acts directly on the rugged ceramic diaphragm of pressure transmitter and causes it to move by a max, 0.025mm. A pressure-dependent change in capacitance is measured by the electrodes in both the ceramic substrate and the diaphragm. The measuring range is determined by the thickness of this ceramic diaphragm.

Pressure Monitoring System

General Information
The "Cargo Tank Ullage Space Monitoring System including High & Low Pressure Alarm" (VIP-2000) is newly required by IMO SOLAS 74, Chap. -2 Req. 59 become effective on 1. July 1998 for preventing serious deformation of the tank structure from such over/under pressure in case of P/V valve failure. The pressure monitoring system is designed for cargo tank & manifold pressure monitoring for any number of tanks. The ceramic measuring cell is very strong about environmental condition. Also this system can be reduce a calibration fee compared with P/V valve a period calibration because not need a separate that local area can be a calibration. General Information
This system is intended for measuring oxygen gas content analyzing the waste VOSs gas contents and manifold lines form Oil/Chemical Tanker. All tanker and chemical tanker should be install from19. May. 2005 according to IMO MSC/Cire 585. All necessary parts are intrinsically safety certified product. The Sampling Cabinet in steel case is installed on deck nearby the vapur manifolds and the controller is mounted in the cargo control room. (C.C.R)

Fixed Gas Monitoring & Alarm System

Principle of operation
The fixed gas monitoring system(BGAS-2000) is and automatically scanning Gas sampling system permanent installed for a number of sampling points. The BGAS-2000 are common for all sampling points, allowing the use of high quality gas detectors with good accuracy. A gas monitoring is taken from each sampling point in turn, according to the sampling sequence, and transported through the sampling pipe to the gas detectors. The sampling time for each points is individually adjustable corresponding to the pipe length of each sampling point. This gives an optimally short cycle time. The fixed gas monitoring system(BGAS-2000) is intended for detection of explosive and toxic gases in cofferdams, pipe tunnels, stools, ballast tanks, slop tanks and other areas adjecent to cargo tanks. A pump room installation is normally a separate system. The BGAS-2000 is designed to meet the requirements of IMO/SOLAS and classfication rules.

Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment

General Information
The ODM-2000 has an oil discharge monitoring and control system installed, incorporating an approved oil content meter with a starting interlock and an automatic overboard valve control system. General Information
The TEMP-2000 has been specially developed in conformity with SOLAS 2000 Amendments Chap -2 Reg 4 amended for protecting the cargo pump room in tanker. It consists of temperature sensors, safety I.S barriers and temperature monitoring unit having digital display and alarm status. Gas Monitoring Unit

General Information
The GAS-2000 is developed by newly measuring the gas density and toxic, flammable gas exist in pump room. Because pump room is hazardous area, should be install as Ex-proof gas sensor. It consists of complete electro-chemical sensor, intrinsically safe barrier and controller. All product is reliable and strongly operation. Its system installation have a receive a regulation. 2000 SOLAS Amendment, Chap -2 Reg 4 amended for continuous monitoring the connection of hydrocarbon gases in the pump room. The system gives alarm at a gas concentration of about 10% L.E.L as a pre-alarm function and 30% L.E.L as primary alarm which can be set again.
