HANAU-MATE Articulator
HANAU-MATE articulator is a nonadjustable, arcon-type instrument which is ideal for laboratories and teaching facilities interested in a lowcost, easy-to-use average-type articulator for single crown and minimal unit bridge fabrications.
Non-adjustable (fixed), ArconType Articulator. Built-in average Bennett Angle of 15 degrees to more closely simulate the human anatomy. This will permit fabrication of teeth to more exacting cusp to fossa relationships than possible with plain line articulators. Helps attain better fit and reduced chair time. Removable upper member to
speed wax ups. Two locks are easily loosened to separate the maxillary part of the articulator. The locks return the case to "centric" position. he clinician will feel a wellbalanced, smooth motion when moving the case through lateral and protrusive movements to achieve the proper occlusion. Excellent Lingual Visibility. Free, open access from the rear to observe the occlusion. The condylar guidance has a 30 degree inclination and lateral excursions are possible to 15 degrees. NEW! Uses plastic disposable mounting plates.

The Modular Articulator is an extremely flexible semi-adjustable instrument which may be adapted to match multiple case requirements. This articulator features a system of component parts which are interchangeable and allow the user the ability to achieve proper occlusion for each individual case.
Semi-Adjustable, Arcon-type modular articulator. Complex computer-machined, Radial Shift curvatures are already carved into the fossae. They guide the casts forward, downward and inward simultaneously much like the motion found in natural anatomy. The Modular Articulator permits you to select guidances which will help you achieve optimum cusp/fossae harmony.
The feature of the curved 19mm (3/4") radius simulates average anatomical movements. Two different types of incisal guides are available: One for use with fast setting acrylic; the other guide is adjustable anteriorly/posteriorly and laterally. Precision machining allows transfer of casts from one Modular Articulator to another. Positive Centric achieved with our new Snap Latch Lock.
The following Modular Articulators are equipped with Adjustable Incisal Guides; DualEnd Incisal Pins on a Fixed Width Frame measuring 110mm between Condyles. They are equipped with Track Locks (Positive Centric Latches) which may be adjusted to a closed position to prevent upper and lower frames from separating accidentally. Condylar Inclinations may be adjusted from 0 degrees to 90 degrees.
Modular Articulator with programmed fossae having precisely machined twodimensional curvatures with 19mm superior wall radius, adjustable condylar inclination, adjustable incisal pin, flat table, positive centric locks, 2 pairs metal mounting plates and instruction manual.

The Wide-Vue Articular is Arcon in principle. It is easier for students and clinicians to relate its movements to the human mandible because the Condylar Guidances are associated with the Upper Articular Member, as the patient's Glenoid Fossa is a portion of the cranium. The Condyle of the Articulator is a part of the Lower Member and functions as the condyle of the patient's mandible.
Lingual visibility is unobstructed and is the most generous of any articulating instrument. This open format allows for easy viewing during positioning and observation of tooth-to-tooth contacts of cast models and final prosthetic appliances. The Wide-Vue readily accepts the HANAU Spring Bow, Earbow or the Facia Facebow. The incisal guidance fits into an anterior slot; Move the guidance forward or backward to maintain vertical alignment. Standard equipment includes: Adjustable Bennett (0 degrees to 30 degrees), Adjustable Condylar Guidance (-20 degrees to +60 degrees), Adjustable Incisal Guide, Orbitale Indicator, Dual End Incisal Pin, 2 pairs of Metal Mounting plates, Technique Manual. Accessories available are: Flat Plastic Anterior Table, Broadrick Plane Analyzer, Adjustable Incisal Pin.
Wide-Vue Arcon 183-2 with Orbitale Indicator. (Note: Extendible shafts not
available on this model.) Now comes complete with 2 metal mounting plates, 10 plastic mounting plates, instruction manual, wrench and carrying case.
Semi-Adjustable, Non-Arcon Type Articulator. As a non-arcon articulator, it is the most popular teaching and
It accepts a wide range of accessories including the Adjustable Incisal Guide. Comes with Orbitale Indicator
It has enclosed guidances; fixed inter-condylar width of 110mm and lateral adjustments from 0 degrees to 30 degrees and protrusive adjustments from 0 degrees to 75 degrees.
Standard equipment includes: 2 pair metal mounting Plates, 1 Extension Pin, 1 standard Incisal Pin, 1 Standard (Adjustable) Incisal Guide, 1 Orbitale indicator, 1 Technique Manual.
Auditory pins are mounted on the centric locking mechanism. They insert into the earpieces and secure the Earpiece Facebow to the Articulator; the Facebow simulates the position as mounted on the patient 12mm posterior to the external meatus of the ear and on the same horizontal plane as the condyle. Facia Facebows mount to the Condylar Shafts.
Series 96H2O (with orbital indicator). Now comes complete with 2 metal mounting plates, 10 plastic mounting plates, instruction manual, wrench and carrying case.

HANAU Spring-Bow
The
HANAU Spring-Bow is an earpiece-type facebow, used to capture and record the patient's maxillary arch and its relationship to the external auditory meatus. It is capable of preserving this clinically accepted relationship and transferring it to a HANAU or other brand articulator. For indirect or direct mounting to all HANAU and DENAR Articulators (except Hanau Model 145).
Benefits:
Standard equipment includes: SpringBow, Transfer Clamp Assembly (1), Anterior Elevating Assembly (1), Mounting Platform with built-in Cast Support and Bitefork (1).
Auto-centering. Sterilizable. Economical. Detachable transfer clamp assembly. Accessory indexes. Built-in reference pointer.
Automatically centers for outstanding accuracy and patient comfort. Unit may be sterilized by steam autoclave for crosscontamination control. Priced to be competitive with most brands of earpiece facebows. Transfer clamp attaches directly to the articulator which allows for multiple measurements with only one facebow required. Allows for transfer clamp assembly to be used with DENAR, SAM, Whip-Mix articulators. Facilitates in aligning the measuring bow with the horizontal reference plane.
