Mientras que por un lado, las personas involucradas en el lavado de grandes cantidades de dinero creen que es bueno para la economía y la creación de capital con el que para proporcionar puestos de trabajo y una mejor forma de vida. Por otro lado, el legado de corrupción para proteger a los cárteles se extiende todo el camino hasta la Corte Suprema ....... y una vez que un juez puede ser comprado por un precio, no se puede decir que no la segunda, tercera o décima vez.
