Introduction:

The purpose of the employee evaluation system is to evaluate the performance of each employee within the assigned job duties. The employee's supervisor will create an objective evaluation of the employee by identifying strengths and deficiencies, developing corrective action if necessary and providing written documentation to the employee. The Employee Evaluation is an annual process that involves feedback between the supervisor and employee throughout the evaluation period. Emphasis is placed on the supervisor's coaching of the employee so they can fulfill the expectations set forth in the accountabilities and behaviors sections of the evaluation. The supervisor will collect documentation that is measurable to effectively evaluate the accountabilities of the employee and document behaviors.

Annual Employee Evaluation report:


Every employee of the company is evaluated annually and on the performance of each employee report is presented to the top management. This report consists of employee name, duration of evaluation period, review date and supervisors name. This report consists of four major part on the basis of which employee is evaluated. 1.

Job Performance:
Employee is evaluated on the basis of its assigned job. How he performing different functions of job. Functional area may include knowledge, execution, problem solving, process improvement, safety, productivity, quality, initiative, attendance & punctuality, organization and adaptability. Employee is rated on the bases these functions by its supervisors. Employee also provides its strength and weakness according to its job and strength and weakness of employees and recommendation is also provided by manager in job performance evaluation of employee.

2. Customer and client relations: Employee is evaluated on the bases of its dealing with customers. Like he is evaluated on the bases of different functions of customer dealing. Employee is rated according to its telephone skills, problem solving, salesmanship, initiative. Pro activeness, politeness and personal appearance. Employee mentions its strength and weakness. At the end employee also provide its recommendation.

3. Communicational skills: In the third part of the report employee is evaluation on the basis of its communicational skills. He is evaluated and rated on the basis of verbal, technique writing, creative writing, the ability to influence reader, presentation, relationship, listening skills, negotiation and responding to conflict. And at the end manager provide strength and weakness of the employee and recommendations.

4. Interpersonal skills: At the last employee is evaluated on the basis of its interpersonal skills. He is rated on the basis of its relation with coworkers, supervisors and clients. Employee is also rated on the basis of its motivational skills and leadership.

At the end this report it is signed by employee that he received I and completed its proportion.
