The ethical revolution of the sixties was in full swing when MacMillan

wrote these words.

(This book ascribes that season to the beginning of the

"Pos^Christian Europe" of the next 30 years.

That "Post Christian" season

happily is just now over. If not this week, then this month, or within the next year. (November 13, 1991) The tide has already turned in the eastern European bloc. Russia is no longer Anti-Christ, and the West is poised for
olution in history. As MacMillan says, the reason we don t grasp the full implications" is that we are too near the events,, to see their permanent and far reaching consequences which those one hundred years hence will tell about, and point to, as the time of the birth of the new world.

When we moved in England. We after returning care for infirm

to Florida, we had to continue ministering with the work made trips of three to four months for the first two years to the USA. However we had determined to use our home to and elderly as an added ministry. For some time my 92

year old mother has been the only elderly person we have had to care for.
We are now expanding this part of our ministry. Joseph Letourneau is 60 years old and is a disabled veteran from the Korean war. He suffered a
mental breakdown when men around him were losing limbs and their bodies

were broken open by war. He can communicate and is friendly and kind but requires 100% supervision and will be living in our home beginning June
1st. Joe is basically ambulatory and can dress and feed himself and goes to church as a baptised believer but will need help with most other daily
needs.

When we built our house we added extra bedrooms and bathrooms so that we

could carry out this goal. Joe is actually the first person to take advantage of the service we have been offering since the house was built. We still have room for two more people in commodious private rooms who
need the kind of care Joe does. We are not prepared to offer nursing care

to non-ambulatory guests. If you know someone who would be interested in a place in a comfortable Christian home located in an ideal climate, let
us know.

During the past year I have written a commentary on the book of

Zechariah. This book has much extraordinarily enlightening introductory

background material.

Several scriptural problems are solved.

Some of the

major "fallout" is a clear explanation of

the fullfillment of the

prophecies of the Restoration of Judah and Israel as one nation in their

own land. This prophecy is outlined and explained in the clearest way and destroys the false doctrine of Anglo-Israel. The whole book and the added sections of the "oral law" will be very beneficial to understanding the Law of Moses. Jews will especially be helped to see how they relate
to the New Testament. Jews do not have to give up their Jewishness to become Christians and this is clearly shown in the book. You will

understand the concept of "oral law" as never before. If the concept is new to you then a whole new world of thought will open to you.' The v^fi^
by verse commentary will open every verse in Zechariah to your

understanding.

the year we held meetings in NYC. One of the best meetings held was with the Jamaica Ave church in Queens with Roy Taylor. The time spent was well appreciated. I used the material that was to be finally printed on Zechariah for the first time and it was weE received and

From March to June I spent time (Charlotte accompanying) in Europe and the Philippines. I held many seminars at churches in the Philippines and recruited an evangelist for the new
church in Plaistow in E. London.

When we returned to London we established the new church on May 28, 1992. The address for those who would like to help and pray for the new church is c/o Frank Ocampo, 48 Glasgow Rd., Plaistow, London E13, England. The new saints will love to hear from you. This
congregation needs financial support for the time being. Please help them.

We returned from England and I was able to make final arrangements to publish the book, Zecheu:lah and Jewish Renewed. The book was sent to the printers just before I left for Australia. The book was typeset right here (a mammoth task for anyone not familiar with the

process).

I really got to appreciate the work that Sandra Caroacho did for my book on

Revelation. I now know the reason for the time it took her to complete what was an incredibly complex task. Thank you again Hector and Sandra. During time I also revised and partially typeset the revision on Revelation: A Panorama of the Gospel Age, and revised my booklet Christian Attitudes and Racial Problems. The latter is ready to go to press. AH that is needed is the pre-orders necessary to finance the first printing. See the Appeal
opposite.

I left for Australia in August. Beside the items noted in an Australian news letter in this mailing I was able to hold effective meetings in Charlestown, Ulverstone, Tasmania, and N. Side euid S.Side Brisbsuie. Beside these meetings I preached in chtirches in Lysmore,
Toowoomba, and Lygan St. Melbourne. I was interviewed on radio and a T.V. interview was

very effective, bringing out mauiy visitors to the Charlestown church. I was invited to specik and address the student body of the Church of Christ Bible Institute in Woolongong and present a special study on Revelation in the Evening. Over 100 very interested Bible carrying
Christians wanted more of the same but there was no time to do so. I was invited to tea and

an interview wilJi the President of CoUinford "Conference" Bible College at Sydney. Kedth Farmer; the president/ wants American churches to know that although there may be some

similarities in organization between Conference churches and the Dimples of Christ

denomination in the USA the Australian ^penence can not be properly judged by an ah^bgy

between the two groups. I pressed laying the foundation for establishing preacher training in the Charlestown area in the near future. The time is ripe so this was eagerly picked up. There are too many wonderful people to name by name but special prayers are being offered by me for the Chilcots, Paul Buckton, the David Brookes, the Mclvers, Peter Rama Rau, I must

add that the Australians that I stayed with are wonder^, wonderful, people. I wish I could
see them again:and serve them in the name of Jesus in some productive way. By the wa.y,
I took 55 of my commentaries on Revelation and Isold them aU plus another dozen I had to send and 40 copies of my book on Zechariah. Four book stores in Australia carry my books!
I returned home from Australia on October 5 and left for Vermont on October 7 to preach

on the Rally in beautiful full-colored Vermont. My books on Zechariah^ fresh from the printers and beautifully done, and over 60 copies bought by those attending. I preached and taught
from the Zechariah material and found eager hearers.
Returning to Florida via Maine where we made arrangements to help the Fryeburg church build a church building. Those plans include a team of builders going to Maine for a scheduled effort on June 15. Your prayers are needed and so is financial support for me to

continue this kind of work.

I also held two good meetings in S. Bend, Indian^

and Star City and preached in Brazil and was interviewed in Edinburg on the way home.
