A COO in Your BackPocket

Are you stressed out running your company the way you are today? Are you trying to figure out
how to juggle everything? Do you wish you knew what systems and scalable processes to put
in place to help you grow? Would love to hire a COO but can’t afford the huge salaries or
perhaps don’t need them full time just yet? Then, this program will help you.

Who Is Eligible: This coaching and mentoring is only available to CEOs or Leaders of young,
fun, entrepreneurial, high viral, high growth companies. Most of the top entrepreneurs
have formal coaches and mentors.

What Do You Get: A combination of 2-Hour, 1-on-1 Coaching & Mentoring calls held twice a
month, plus 5 monthly “e-passes” (email access). This systemic program will help you
grow your revenues, increase profits, and make the visions you have for your company
become reality.

When Do We Meet: We pre-schedule calls that fit your calendar and busy schedule by setting
up the next call at the end of every call we do. You can also email me throughout the
month for feedback on areas of your business you are working on and struggling with.

Where Do We Meet: We either use video conferencing (Skype, iChat), Telephone or if


convenient in person.

Why It Works: It’s widely recognized that the best athletes and top entrepreneurs have coaches
and mentors to help them with what they can’t yet see clearly. I’ve formally coached and
mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs since 1986.

How It Works: The combination of calls and email access helps you get more of the right stuff
done faster and helps you learn key scalable systems to grow your company and brand.
Using a process called GS&R (Goal Setting & Review) that I’ve used since 1986 to coach
entrepreneurs and grow companies I’ll help provide you a balance of Direction,
Development, Support & Accountability to help you grow.

• Direction – You’ll see more clearly what to do and where to focus by me asking you
the right questions to help you figure it out and by providing real world experiential
examples to help show you the way
• Development – You’ll get skill development and tools for you & your team in a variety
of areas to grow your company. A real world MBA
• Support – I’ve not only ridden the emotional roller coaster your riding as an
entrepreneur; I’m also a noted speaker on the topic of the emotional intricacies of an
entrepreneur and can support you emotionally along the way with a balance of
empathy and tools to help you through the ride
• Accountability – You set bi-weekly goals and commit them to me, yourself and in
writing. We’ll follow up on them during and between calls to ensure you’re getting
more of the right stuff done in less time
Typical Call:
• Calls start by checking in on the TOP 5 priorities set on the last call revisiting them to
ensure you’re staying focused and so I can provide direction or development on any
that you struggled with.
• We discuss the TOP 5 priorities for the next two weeks and ensure they are aligned
with your quarterly objectives for the company.
• We’ll spend time talking about problem areas and employees in the business to find
ways to tackle them better.
• We’ll spend time talking about some of the key areas we identify that you could be
putting scalable systems in place to grow your company.
