This abbreviated name must be composed using part of the full company name.

Exhibitors will receive a basic entry in the printed catalogue and in the online exhibitor directory (Article A11, point 14); exhibitors will also have the opportunity to enhance their entry with advertising. A8 Admission, Invalidity of Admission, Premature Termination of the Rental Contract A8.1 A8.2 A8.3 A8.4 A8.5 A8.6 A8.7 CEMATEX will decide exclusively whether or not an applicant is admitted to ITMA 2011. CEMATEX will inform all applicants in writing by 31 August 2010 whether they are admitted to ITMA 2011. In case an applicant is not admitted, CEMATEX will inform him accordingly by registered letter, stating the reasons. No assignment of the admission rights to third parties is permitted. This also refers to cases in which the admission prerequisite has never existed or no longer exists. CEMATEX will inform such an exhibitor accordingly, by registered or handdelivered letter, stating the reasons for withdrawal. In such a case, the Rental Contract between the exhibitor and The Organiser is also considered simultaneously terminated with immediate effect. If such an infringement occurs during stand set up or opening hours of the exhibition, a warning will be issued to the exhibitor by CEMATEX (in writing by hand-delivered letter), requesting that the necessary steps be taken in order to comply with the regulations. If, after having received a second warning (in writing by handdelivered letter), the exhibitor shall continue to contravene the rules, The Organiser will cut the power to the stand and will close it down should CEMATEX withdraw its admission to such exhibitor. If the applicant or exhibitor does not accept the decision of CEMATEX concerning non-admission or withdrawal, he must appeal to CEMATEX by registered letter and such letter must be received by CEMATEX within 14 days of receiving notification of the decision by CEMATEX, stating the reasons for non-acceptance. Should the applicant or exhibitor fail to respond, then it will be assumed that the exhibitor accepts the decision of CEMATEX. The Rental Contract between The Organiser and the exhibitor will be deemed as concluded when allocation of the stand space is advised by The Organiser to the exhibitor pursuant to the terms of Article A16 below. The Rental Contract will be terminated with immediate effect, and the admission will be considered as withdrawn simultaneously by The Organiser by registered letter or hand-delivered letter on site, stating the reasons for termination and withdrawal if the exhibitor fails to fulfil any of his obligations arising from Article A20 (Protection of Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights), the Rental Contract, Technical Regulations or other provisions issued by The Organiser, including payment terms. GENERAL REGULATIONS

A12 Payments, Penalties and Refunds Relating to Stand Rental Payments A12.1 A12.2 A first payment of 20% of the stand rental charge (i.e. 40 euros plus Spanish VAT) per square metre of stand space applied for must be remitted upon receipt of the invoice issued by The Organiser. No Application for Admission and Rental Contract for Space will be confirmed or processed until the first 20% deposit payment has been paid. The date the deposit is sent, with proof of a bank transfer statement, will be deemed the date on which the form Application for Admission and Rental Contract for Space is received. This first payment will be refunded, based on the actual amount received less any outward remittance bank charges that The Organiser incurs, if the applicant is not admitted to the exhibition (see Articles A8.1 and A8.2 above) but will be forfeited if, unilaterally, the applicant withdraws totally from the undertaking (for partial withdrawals, see Articles A12.4, A12.5, A12.6 below), or if the Rental Contract is terminated prematurely (see Articles A8.4 and A8.6 above as well as A12.2, A12.8, A17 and A20 below). If the exhibitor fails to pay by the stipulated date, the failing exhibitor will be penalised from the day on which payment was due. The rate of penalty will be 1% per month. This and the following provisions (Articles A12.3, A12.4, A12.5 and A12.6) apply to all payments (stand rental payments, services, etc.). The Organiser also has the right to remove the exhibitor from ITMA 2011 if payments are not made on time. The Organiser will send the exhibitor a registered letter, stating the reasons, which constitutes simultaneously a withdrawal of admission and termination of the Rental Contract by The Organiser.

A12.3 In case of total withdrawal by the exhibitor, no refund will be made of the sums already paid. All invoices issued before the date on which the exhibitors official notification of withdrawal is received by The Organiser are to be paid in full, and penalties for late payments are also due as stipulated under Article A12.2. A12.4 A12.5 A12.6 In case of partial withdrawal (reduction of space) between 31 May 2010 and 1 December 2010, and if the reduction of space is less than 20% of the space applied for by the exhibitor, a refund of 100% in proportion to the withdrawn space will be made for the sums already paid. This refund will be credited towards later invoices. Later invoices will then only be accounted towards the space kept. However, invoices issued before the date on which the exhibitors official notification of the partial withdrawal (reduction of space) is received by The Organiser are to be paid in full and penalties for late payments are also due as stipulated under Article A12.2. In case of partial withdrawal (reduction of space) between 31 May 2010 and 1 December 2010, and if the reduction of space is equal to or greater than 20% of the space applied for by the exhibitor, no refund will be made for the sums already paid. Thus, invoices issued before the date on which the exhibitors official notification of the partial withdrawal (reduction of space) is received by The Organiser are to be paid in full and penalties for late payments are also due as stipulated under Article A12.2. Later invoices will then only be accounted towards the space kept. In case of partial withdrawal (reduction of space) after 1 December 2010, no refund will be made of the sums already paid and invoices issued before the date on which the exhibitors official notification of the partial withdrawal (reduction of space) is received by The Organiser are to be paid in full and penalties for late payments are also due as stipulated under Article A12.2.

A12.7 Notwithstanding the regulations in Article A12.1 above, the stand rental charge must be paid in full before the exhibitor may access the halls. A12.8 If stand rental balance (basic stand rental and open side surcharges) is not paid by 21 April 2011, The Organiser reserves the right to re-allocate the space to other exhibitors, and the initial deposit paid will be forfeited. The Organiser will send the exhibitor a registered letter, stating the reasons, which constitutes simultaneously a withdrawal of admission and termination of the Rental Contract by The Organiser.

A12.9 Open side surcharges will be based on the final space allocated. A12.10 The final invoice for the 80% balance of the stand rental plus the open side surcharges will be issued by The Organiser by 5 January 2011 for payment by 21 January 2011. The invoice for double storey stands will be issued by 15 July 2011 for immediate payment. A12.11 If an exhibitor fails to pay the outstanding balance of invoices relating to its partial or total withdrawal at any ITMA or ITMA ASIA (including ITMA ASIA + CITME) event, The Organiser may insist on 100% stand rental payment with the Application for Admission and Rental Contract for Space for future ITMA and ITMA ASIA (including ITMA ASIA + CITME) branded events. In such cases CEMATEX also reserves the right to refuse the exhibitor admission to any future ITMA and ITMA ASIA (including ITMA ASIA + CITME) branded events. 15

GENERAL REGULATIONS

The respective invoice will be issued by 15 July 2011 for immediate payment. All services must be paid in full before the exhibitor may access the halls. A surcharge of 25% will be imposed on Service Forms which are not received by The Organiser by the deadline of 16 May 2011. A surcharge of 5% will be imposed on services which are subsequently changed after 16 May 2011. Requests for special technical services on quotation must be made by 16 May 2011. The Organiser will issue the quotation by 15 June 2011. If the quotation is accepted by the exhibitor, full payment must be made by 15 July 2011, supported with proof of a bank transfer statement. A surcharge of 25% will be imposed on payments sent after this date. Services which are cancelled before 1 August 2011 will be reimbursed at 50%. Services cancelled on and after 1 August 2011 will not be reimbursed. The exhibitor is still liable for the 50% cancellation charge if payment has not been sent to The Organiser, supported with proof of a bank transfer statement, by 1 August 2011. If the exhibitor fails to pay by the stipulated date, the failing exhibitor will be penalised from the day on which payment was due. The rate of penalty will be 1% per month. Late orders or, modifications received after 16 May 2011 or payments sent after 15 July 2011 are subject to stock availability. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from these measures. If an exhibitor fails to pay any outstanding balance of invoices, the organiser of such future events reserves the right to insist on 100% stand rental payment with the form Application for Admission and Rental Contract for Space for future ITMA and ITMA ASIA (including ITMA ASIA + CITME) branded events.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

The Performance Bond will also be applied to any costs incurred by The Organiser if the exhibitor or his stand contractor leaves waste generated during the stand set up or dismantling periods in the halls and does not dispose of it correctly. Excluded from the free removal of waste covered by the square metre price quoted (see Article A11 of the General Regulations) are stand structures, stand components, floor coverings, machines and machine parts. If the Performance Bond amount is insufficient to cover the cost of the damages, The Organiser will invoice the exhibitor the balance amount after deducting the Performance Bond amount. All bank charges in relation to the Performance Bond shall be borne by the exhibitor. A16 Allocation of Stand Space Allocation of stand space (see form Application for Admission and Rental Contract for space), which also constitutes the conclusion of the Rental Contract between the exhibitor and The Organiser, will be advised by The Organiser in his capacity as lessor to the exhibitor by 1 December 2010, and the exhibitor will receive details of the location and dimensions of the stand, including hall and stand number. The exhibitor will accept the stand space allocated to him even if the location and/or dimensions and/or open sides are different from those which the exhibitor has requested. The Organiser will submit a hand-delivered or registered letter to the exhibitor, stating the reasons, and such letter will constitute simultaneously a withdrawal of admission and termination of the Rental Contract by The Organiser. Such action will not relieve the defaulting exhibitor of his liability for the stand rental charge, services and installations provided. To focus the visitors attention primarily on the exhibits and to achieve the best possible overall effect, stands must be constructed in compliance with directions given in the Technical Regulations. A18 Stand Dismantling Stands may be dismantled only from 30 September 2011. If exhibitors wish to receive early stand approval (i.e. earlier than the official date of 15 July 2011), they are strongly recommended to submit their Service Forms to The Organiser before the deadline of 16 May 2011. Exhibitors whose stands are not approved will be notified and advised by the ITMA 2011 Service Team on steps to be taken to achieve compliance.

B9.4

Extent of Liability If the exhibitor or the stand contractor he appoints does not comply with the above stand construction regulations, he is liable for any damage resulting from violation of these regulations. Moreover, the exhibitor or the stand contractor he appoints agrees to exempt The Organiser and CEMATEX from all claims by third parties that may be asserted due to violation of the stand construction regulations.

B10 Regulations for the Construction of Stands B10.1 General Exhibits must be arranged to attract the attention of visitors. In order to achieve the best possible overall effect, stands must be constructed in compliance with the Technical Regulations. Onsite, no construction of an exhibition stand will be permitted unless prior approval has been granted. The ITMA 2011 Service Team will check that stand fittings are constructed in accordance with previously approved designs. If there is any deviation which contravenes the regulations stipulated in these Technical Regulations or which violates legal provisions, the ITMA 2011 Service Team is entitled to stop all work on stand construction. A warning will be issued to these exhibitors (in writing by hand-delivered letter), requesting that the necessary steps be taken in order to comply with the regulations. If after having received a second warning the exhibitor still contravenes the regulations, the ITMA 2011 Service Team is entitled to cut the power to the stand and to close it down. B10.2 Style, Standard of Presentation, Dimensions The design and equipping of a stand, as well as any necessary construction work, is the responsibility of the exhibitor. ITMA 2011 requires that the following criteria be adhered to: 24 All technical and safety regulations must be met, as defined in these Technical Regulations and in the Service Forms. Exhibitors and assembly personnel promise to abide by, and ensure that their contractors and subcontractors also abide by, current legislation with regard to the prevention of occupational hazards which may apply to the work which he/she or their contractors and/or subcontractors will be carrying out. Anyone working in The Venue must be in possession of a working pass. To obtain the working pass, exhibitors should complete the relevant form. Once the pass has been issued, it must be worn in a visible place and it should be noted that it is personal and non-transferable. All foreign workers from outside the EU must have a valid work permit to work in Barcelona, Spain. Every stand must as a minimum have a floor covering and storage facilities. The finishing of the stand fitting must be of the same quality on all sides (i.e. also the sides which overlook the aisles and/or neighbouring stands). The side facing the neighbouring stand must be white and must not bear any logos or trademarks of the exhibitor. It is recommended that exhibitors exchange information with their neighbours to avoid conflict at the time of the exhibition. All stands must have complete finishes on all sides. It is also recommended to cover the top of the stand

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

due to visibility from the walkway/link bridge. Cables and fixtures on the top of the stands should be covered with non-flammable materials. Every visitor should have free access to the exhibits. All exhibits should be visible by a person standing in the aisles and must be shown in accordance with the safety regulations. No walls or cabins can be built along more than 50% of the length of each open side. Stand construction, the installation of materials to be exhibited and poster supporting structures should be sufficiently stable to ensure public safety. Platforms open to the public that are elevated more than 0.5 metres should be surrounded by a handrail at least 0.9 metre high. It is strictly forbidden to encroach on aisles with any exhibit or stand fitting elements or plasma or electronic systems, except wall mounted spotlights. Stand construction (including double storey stands) must not exceed 6 metres in height from the ground. Stand and exhibit inscriptions, logos and trademarks must not exceed the maximum height of 6 metres (measured from the ground to the top of the inscription, logo or trademark). For stands located under the walkway between Halls 2 and 3, the maximum height allowed is 4 metres. If banners/logos or promotional materials are hung from the ceiling of the halls using rigging, the top of the banner must not be any higher than 6 metres from the ground. It is very important that exhibitors indicate the height of all exhibits and stand fitting (including walls) on their stand plans to avoid delays in stand approval. Air conditioning systems on top of cabins are permitted, even if these exceed the regulatory height of 6 metres. It is not permitted to cover the air conditioning system nor to use it for promotional purposes. Open corners of stand floors and platforms shall be rounded or angled, if not protected by heavy exhibits, to avoid sharp corners and tripping hazards. Platform edges must be fully highlighted and the use of the platform must be included within the risk assessment form. All lighting must be arranged in such a way as to avoid any disturbance to visitors and neighbouring exhibitors. Strobe and other flashing lights are not permitted. Exhibitors may cover their stands with a false ceiling of non-combustible material on the lower floor unit as long as the fire and safety regulations are always respected. Security corridors are established in every hall as required by the Spanish Fire Department. These corridors must remain free of any construction or obstacles at all times. Fire extinguishers and fire hoses are situated around the halls. There should be no structures or construction around the pillars with fire hoses. In cases where fire extinguishers are located on stands, they must not be covered and must be clearly visible from the corridor. As with other technical installation in the halls, pillars and walls must not structurally support any loads pertaining to stand decoration or any objects on display.

Exhibitors who have a pillar within their stand can build cladding around it up to a maximum height of 6 metres from the ground. Exhibitors must comply with the following regulations: - Coverings must not be applied directly to the pillar but should be separated from it by means of an empty space or a soft material such as felt or insulating material placed against the pillar. - The cladding must be done by the exhibitors stand contractor in accordance with the regulations laid out in these Technical Regulations. - Where a pillar is located at the edge of an aisle, the cladding must be flush against the pillar so that it does not protrude onto the public gangway. It should not exceed 0.1 metre surrounding the footprint of the pillar. - It is not permitted to use the pillar to create extra space for storage. - Any connection or service boxes will need to be accessible at all times, and cladding is not permitted on such pillars. The ITMA 2011 Service Team reserves the right to refuse a proposal for any cladding around the pillars. It is permitted to present videos, films and changing slides with sound, however all sound must be arranged in such a way as to avoid any disturbance to visitors and neighbouring exhibitors.

25

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

If music videos or films are to be played on the exhibitors stand, the exhibitor must apply for a licence for public performance using the relevant Service Form issued to exhibitors on 1 December 2010.

B10.3 Floor Marking The ITMA 2011 Service Team will measure out the rented space and mark the corners of the stand on the floor of the hall prior to the stand set up period. It is essential that the exhibitors stand remains within the marked boundaries. B10.4 Stand Numbering The ITMA 2011 Service Team will provide each stand with a uniform stand sign indicating the name of the exhibitor and its hall and stand number free of charge. The stand sign must be displayed at the stand in a clearly visible manner. These number signs may only be removed with the prior consent of The Organiser. B10.5 Disturbance Due to Exhibition Goods Exhibition goods that, by virtue of their appearance, smell, noise, vibration or similar characteristics, cause significant disturbance to the running of the event, and put event participants or third-party objects at considerable risk or impinge upon them, are to be removed immediately at the request of the ITMA 2011 Service Team. This obligation of the exhibitor concerned still applies even if he indicated such characteristics in his application and his application was approved. Should the exhibitor fail to meet his obligation by not immediately removing the exhibition goods causing the disturbance, The Organiser is entitled to remove the exhibition goods concerned at the expense and risk of the exhibitor or close down his stand without the exhibitor being entitled to claim damages from the The Organiser. In such cases, The Organiser decides when the stand that has been closed down should be dismantled. B10.6 Material Specifications All materials used must meet the relevant Spanish Technical Code of Edifications (Cdigo Tcnico de la Edificacin, CTE), British, M or Euroclass standard. Only materials authorised by competent laboratories, which attain EC standards, can be used. Test certificates for the classes of building materials and the required material characteristic must be supplied by the exhibitor upon request. Flammable materials may not be used for the construction or assembly of stands. The materials employed must not emit large volumes of smoke. B10.7 Double Storey Stands, Platforms, Ascents and Bridges Double Storey Stands Double storey stands are permitted provided that the minimum area of the ground floor is 50 square metres and that the minimum length of any dimension of the ground floor area is 5 metres. Double storey stands are also subject to all the regulations contained in Article B10.2 as well as the following: The permissible occupant load of the upper floor shall be based on the ratio of one person to 2 square metres. A notice in 25mm plain block letters indicating the limitation of occupant load should be conspicuously positioned at the head of the staircase. Any double storey that has more than 25 metres of distance to a staircase or is over 200 square metres in size has to implement an additional staircase. Stairs must be no less than 1 metre in width and must have a handrail. They must have a handrail on both sides if they are wider. Staircases over 2.4 metres in width should have an additional central handrail. A continuous handrail must be provided when there are two or more risers. All stairways should be designed to comply with the Spanish Technical Code of Edifications (Cdigo Tcnico de la Edificacin, CTE), DIN 18065 or its equivalent standards. No items may be stored or shelving installed in areas on or under stairways without risers. The minimum distance for stairways, open cabins, terraces/catering areas to the edge of aisles is 1.5 metres and to the perimeter of a neighbouring stand 3 metres. If it is impossible to maintain the minimum distance to the neighbouring stand, some form of screening at least 2 metres in height is to be erected in the area concerned for privacy purposes.

26

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

The design of the double storey stand must incorporate exit signs, emergency lighting and stairway ighting at prominent locations and along stairways. It should also take into consideration the installation l of barriers to prevent the falling of persons and objects during set up and dismantling. No ceiling is permitted on the uppermost floor. However, a false ceiling of non-flammable material on the lower floor unit is permitted. Any glass used on the second storey must have a minimum thickness of 0.5cm and must be laminated.

Platforms, Ascents, Bridges Exhibitors wishing to build a platform or stage over 0.5 metre high must also seek prior approval from the ITMA 2011 Service Team through the Service Forms. All stands with accessible platform higher than 5cm must have an access ramp. The slope of any ramp must be uniform and no steeper than 1:10. Level landings shall be provided at the top and bottoms of ramps and any intermediate position where exit doors open on to them. The minimum width of the ramp should be 1 metre. This slope should be within the stand and should not protrude into the aisle. Application for Planning Permission for Double Storey Stands, Platforms, Ascents and Bridges Double storey stands, platforms, ascents and bridges can be constructed provided prior approval has been granted by the ITMA 2011 Service Team. An essential factor in the approval process is the effect the double storey stand, platforms, ascents and bridges will have on the design and transparency of the hall as well as on neighbouring stands. Exhibitors wishing to build double storey stands, platforms, ascents and bridges must submit detailed drawings and calculations of the proposed stand design, together with the Service Forms to the ITMA 2011 Service Team before 16 May 2011. TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

B13 Venue Safety Regulations B13.1 Emergency Exits, Escape Hatches, Hall Aisles The exits and aisles designated as such in the hall plans are to be kept clear over their full width. They serve as escape routes in emergencies and must therefore never be obstructed by objects left in the way or protruding, and must be maintained in good order with non-slippery and even surfaces and free from trip hazards. Doors along emergency exit routes must be easy to open from the inside over their full width. Exit doors, escape hatches and any signs indicating their position must not be obstructed, built over, blocked, covered or made unrecognisable in any other way. All hall aisles designated as such must not be obstructed or built upon. For stands with a floor area exceeding 150 square metres, an escape route longer than 10 metres or a stand designed such that the exit/escape route is not visible from all points at the stand must have two separate exits/escape routes that are located at opposite ends of the stand. The stand should be designed in such a way as to avoid creating any poorly accessible rooms, corners or alcoves. All separate rooms used by staff (offices, recreation rooms, meeting rooms, etc.) within the given stand area must offer an adequately clear view of the nearest escape route and a path leading to same. Rooms that are only accessible via another separate room (so-called trapped rooms) are prohibited. If within a given stand the maximum length of an escape route to a hall aisle exceeds 10 metres, the stand must be equipped with a second exit and/or an aisle at least 2.5 metres wide leading to a hall aisle. Access to Safety Equipment and Signage Under no circumstances whatsoever may any illuminated signage, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants or other protective equipment or material be covered or obstructed. Access to connection boxes (electricity, telephone, water, compressed air, etc.) and access ways to hall offices and equipment must not be blocked. Emergency Evacuation The Organiser is entitled to order offices, buildings and/or halls to be closed and evacuated for safety reasons. B13.2 Fire Hoses and Extinguishers The halls are equipped with fire hoses and extinguishers for the prevention of fire hazards. Exhibitors must ensure that their stands are equipped with fire fighting equipment if exhibitors use flammable materials in their demonstrations. For stands bigger than 1000 square metres, a 50kg fire extinguisher (ABC model) is required. For such demonstrations taking place in stands smaller than 1000 square metres, a 25kg fire extinguisher (ABC model) is required. Stands with a travel distance of over 15 metres to a public gangway must provide their own fire extinguishers. These should be properly mounted close to escape routes and located clearly visible at least every 15 metres. At least one fire extinguisher should always be provided on the second level of double storey stands. Stands operating or demonstrating with flammable liquids must provide at least one fire extinguisher close to such equipment. B13.3 Fire Service Zones, Fire Hydrants Access to designated fire-service zones, emergency routes and safety zones must never be obstructed either by parked vehicles or by exhibits, construction materials, packaging etc. Vehicles and objects parked on or blocking fire-service zones, emergency routes or safety zones will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor. Where necessary, appropriate noise reducing measures such as silencers, ear plugs and ear defenders must be used. Adequate extraction or other equally effective methods must be provided for dust, chips and fumes. Where necessary, appropriate explosion release and fire prevention measures must be incorporated. Adequate lighting must be provided both for the machine and its surrounding area. Where appropriate, screens must be used to provide adequate eye protection to members of the public. Persons demonstrating machines must wear adequate personal protective equipment where appropriate. Where demonstrations are likely to create toxic or noxious fumes or unacceptable strong smelling odours in the hall, consideration must be given to providing exhaust to the atmosphere.

The ITMA 2011 Service Team will control all Health and Safety matters relating to ITMA 2011, and its decision is final in all matters. Failure to abide by the decisions of the ITMA 2011 Service Team may result in the withdrawal of the exhibitors right to demonstrate exhibits, restriction on the use of the exhibition stand and/ or other appropriate action. Where equipment is not operated, the safety devices can be removed to give visitors a clearer view of the design and construction of the normally covered components. The safety devices must then be clearly displayed next to the machine.

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

B41 Road Traffic and Parking Regulations (Stand Set Up, Stand Dismantling, Exhibition Period) Driving any vehicle on the grounds of The Venue is at the drivers own risk and is only allowed with a special permit, valid entry authorisation or valid parking pass. Driving or parking any vehicle on the grounds of The Venue is strictly prohibited during the event. The Organiser can however make exceptions and issue appropriate parking or entry permits. The Organiser is entitled to charge a fee for issuing parking or entry permits. The parking or entry permit is to be placed behind the windscreen of the given vehicle so that it is clearly visible. The regulations arising from the use of parking or entry permits require strict compliance. Parking or entry permits are to be returned at any time at the request of The Organiser staff deployed for traffic control purposes or of the security personnel. Parking and/or entry permits are only valid for the vehicle for which they are issued, for the day or period of validity and for the day or timeframe for which they were issued. The Organiser is entitled to ask for a deposit (100 euros) in return for entry into the exhibition grounds and to limit the maximum length of stay. The deposit paid is forfeited if the maximum length of stay is exceeded. This ruling applies during the stand set up and dismantling periods as well as in cases where The Organiser has granted access to the exhibition grounds during the exhibition period. The regulations by the Directorate of Traffic (Direccin General de Trfico, DGT) apply throughout the entire exhibition grounds and the exhibition car parks. A maximum speed limit of 20km/h applies within the exhibition grounds. Inside the halls, the maximum speed is 10km/hour; this ruling also applies to the rest of the exhibition grounds during the actual event. Pedestrians are to be given maximum consideration. No vehicles are allowed to access paths or areas that have been cordoned off. Vehicles may only enter the halls for the purposes of loading and unloading. The stipulated load-bearing capacity of the hall floors must be noted and complied with, as must the height and width of the gates. Engines should be switched off during loading and unloading. Parking vehicles in the halls is strictly prohibited. Once the vehicle is unloaded or loaded, it must leave the exhibition grounds immediately. Mobile homes and caravans may not be brought onto the grounds of the exhibition grounds for accommodation purposes. Vehicles are not allowed to stop under any circumstances throughout the entire exhibition grounds except in those areas designated accordingly. The Organiser reserves the right to remove at the expense and risk of the person responsible, driver or owner, any vehicles, trailers, containers, skips or empty packaging left in nostopping zones or otherwise illegally parked. Particularly for the purposes of ensuring the smooth flow of traffic during the stand set up and dismantling periods as well as during the actual event, The Organiser is entitled to implement additional traffic control measures that require the compliance of all those present at the exhibition grounds. The Organiser reserves the right to regulate above all the access of the exhibitors and/or their stand construction companies and other contractors to the individual stands. We recommend making use of the entire period allowed for stand construction. Experience has shown that the exhibition grounds can be excessively full on the last few days of set up. No claims may be asserted against The Organiser if delays are incurred by exhibitors, their stand construction companies or other contractors because the exhibition grounds are overcrowded or due to measures implemented by The Organiser to control traffic within the exhibition grounds and/or access to the stands. B41.1 Exhibitor Parking, Special Parking Requests Exhibitor Parking Passes, free of charge: stand up to 80 square metres stand from 81 to 160 square metres stand above 161 square metres Additional parking for exhibitors: Visitor parking: Company Coaches Company coaches can stop to allow stand personnel to alight and board at the designated points. These buses may only be parked at officially marked bus parking areas. The ITMA 2011 Service Team has to be notified in advance in writing.
