Our professional legal retainer contract includes the following basic services among others: 1. Review and/or drafting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; 2. General consultation on legal matters where (Name of Company) is a party; 3. Review and/or drafting of employment/project contracts; 4. Legal representation in any courts and/or other administrative or quasi-judicial bodies; 5. Preparation and transmittal of demand letters for and in your behalf; 6. Other allied services requiring appearances or the Firms representation as may be agreed upon; The Firms monthly retainer fee shall be PhP________________ which shall be billed and payable within the first five (5) days of the calendar month; In consideration of our retainer agreement, the Firm shall be waiving in your favor the customary Professional Acceptance Fees per case wherein your company is a party litigant requiring legal representation in any court, administrative tribunal or any other quasi judicial bodies. In lieu thereof, we shall be collecting an Attorneys Fees of PhP_______________ for every case referred to the Firm. Moreover we shall charge you an Appearance Fee of PhP ________________ per appearance within Metro Manila and PhP______________ plus out-of-pocket expenses for cases outside Metro Manila. For collection and/or other cases where a claim for damages are prayed for, the Firm shall be charging an additional amount equivalent to ten (10%) percent as success fees of any amount that may be collected and/or damages that may awarded by the courts by virtue of our legal representation. It is understood however, that all costs and expenses relative to the cases including out-of-pocket expenses, such as but not limited to Transcript of Stenographic Notes (TSN), filing and docket fees, representation mutually agreed in advance, shall be for your account.
